Same old place where we ate before. But these days the noodles are like hawker stalls type as the noodles are already prepared and placed in bowls. So all they do is pour the hot soup over and when you dig in the noodles comes up as a lump. Even the beef slices are done this way !!! But guess what ? A supposedly brand name with much higher price than hawker stalls type. How can they get good stars ?

Bought takeaway for Pho Slices & Balls with addition of Pork Balls for a freaking $21.30. Utterly shocked to see no beef slices AT ALL when I got home! With only 3 beef balls and 3 pork balls and pathetic amount of pho! Goodness me! NEVER AGAIN! SO FREAKING RIDICULOUS!

so considerate for asking us to find a seat first before placing order. portion size was amazing considering how we are at orchard. food was so good😊

I just love this place. I had the Pho Australian Beef Slices and Balls, a side of tripe and a toasted roll. The broth was very flavorful. I felt the vibe to be overwhelming due to its location, and it was hard to find. The food is worth the finding Waldo hassle 😂😂

Very thoughtful Indian lady staff. Shrink wrapped containers & balanced them properly inside plastic bags. Noodles still warm & toppings nicely in its place when got home 👍

Bad service, female staff (23 Aug afternoon/ evening period) here are very rude. They chase customers away and glare / question you when you buy only drinks. I don’t get what’s the issue? Buy drinks only means we are not customers ? Please improve on all of your staff’s manners here, if not change staff.

The ice cream taste great BUT it melt way toooooo fast. Less than 5 mins my hazelnut and pitaschio ice cream was already dripping. I wasn’t even out of the mall. The service staff expected that and therefore she gave me a plastic bowl to hold the ice cream but the experience wasn’t great. Didn’t recall the one I had in MBS melt that fast.

I feel the service is the worst one. Seems they are smiling at you buy actually I can felt the disrespect and impatience. Maybe we are not eating the Venchi ice cream all the time so we are not familiar with what cup should get how many flavors but can you at least explain a little bit with patient? Flavor wise 70%seems more sweet than before and here a new flavor Rose-roseberry instead rose berry flavor which was one of our favorite. The hazelnut flavor is great, recommend. Oh, they have 3 kinds of hazelnut if you don’t know that just a heads up because they may not have the patient to explain it to you.
