Yay! Finally at Takashimaya! I've been a huge fan of Garrett Popcorn since having it at Chicago a decade ago. The Garrett crew at this branch are very friendly. Two thumbs up!

First visit to Ngee Ann City outlet was comfortable and welcoming. Absolutely no pressure conversing with Moon. Her explanation to your skin condition was smooth , friendly & choose the suitable treatment according to your facial conditions. Assigning Hui Qing as my beautician, she explains every product benefits during the treatment. She’s very gentle & her hand techniques & texture on my face feels superb. Extraction was gentle. You can rest assured to sleep through from her treatment!

My first time visiting here and it was a good experience. Very warm hospitality was provided by the team. Kathy who did my skin analysis, provided great insight and was very friendly. All the treatments were explained clearly and in detail. Good product knowledge. Special mention to May who was gentle with my face and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the facial treatment. She knows what she is doing and she is very knowledgeable.

Fantastic service. Coco was attentive and very thorough with extraction. Ladies at Caring Skin are really respectful. I mentioned before coming that I did not like to be sold packages. They really did not do so and it made the experience so much better. Would definitely come back again.

This is my first time visiting Caring Skin and the service turned out very good! May was the esthetician and she will always check on me during the treatment, the extractions done by her was the least painful I have experienced compare to all the facial I did last time. We had good conversation during the process and people here are comfortable to talk to. Looking forward to my next visit!

I recently went for a facial and had a really great experience. Esthetician Chloe was very gentle. The whole session was relaxing, from the cleansing to the extractions and the soothing mask at the end. My skin felt refreshed, deeply cleansed, and noticeably more radiant after the session.

I have been thinking to treat my acne scars for awhile and decided to head over to caring skin after seeing many good reviews about them. After my trial session, they recommended me this package with both fractional laser and hydrating facial to be used every alternate month. Fractional laser is a machine that targets acne pitted scars to boost collagen. After about 11 sessions in total, I did not see results at all. It may be because my scars were bad hence it might take awhile to see improvement. However, what upset me was they did not recommend me to their sister clinic ‘CS medical aesthetic clinic’ and tried to upsell me to buy more package with them. The overall experience was amazing for the hydrating facial, they will make you feel as relaxed as possible. On the other hand, my sessions for fractional laser made me question if the money was worth it. Almost every session there will be areas that were not targeted. I’m writing this review to feedback and help anybody who is dealing with acne scars to head down to both caring skin and CS medical aesthetic clinic for a consultation before making a decision, because honestly the price is about the same. Whether you prefer relaxation or fast results it’s your preference! And to make you feel at ease, both clinics are about 10 mins away by walking distance.
