Consultation with Kathy was comfortable and easy to understand. I liked how detailed the skin analysis machine was. Treatment by Verna was very comfortable and relaxing as well, extraction was bearable. My face felt so smooth and was so bright after the treatment. Was a great pampering session for myself 🥰

Did a $98 trial session at Caring Skin. The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the service was relaxing from start to finish. The staff were gentle and attentive, which made the whole session very comfortable. There was no hard selling after the session as well, which I really appreciate. Would definitely consider coming back for a full treatment.

I had a great experience doing my facial with Caring Skin for the first time! My therapist, Chloe, knew how to handle my dry/sensitive skin. Please ask for Chloe :) The consultation started with a deep-dive on my skin analysis to really ensure that the treatment is to target my concerns. Because it’s tailored to my skin, I did the Oxyvital treatment and could feel my skin hydrated. Looking forward to my next session.

I’ve been doing facial for 6 months with caring skin and I see a huge difference to my face. Lesser breakouts for me. I love their service before, during and even after the session. This was my first time visiting a CARING SKIN clinic, and I had an amazing experience. Ms. Apple was incredibly kind and professional. She explained everything about my skin condition in a very clear and detailed way, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the session. The consultation was thorough, and I appreciated how she took the time to understand my concerns. The clinic itself was clean and calming, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’m excited to start my skincare journey here and already feel more confident after just one visit.

I came Friday 21st March for a skin analysis. Very detailed and precise. The lady that assisted me was knowledgeable and kind. I then went into the spa room where Chloe did a tailored facial to me and she was excellent.

The staff is slack, no point to visit them!

My friend and I waited outside the store at 915pm and it was semi-closed and when the we at last saw the female staff at 920pm standing in front of the cashier counter, we asked to go in, she refused to open the gate and signaled it’s closed for the day. This is very bad service because on the website, the store should close at 930pm, but the gate was already semi-pulled down at 915pm when we reached. I am a regular user of Elixir and because of this incident, it is unlikely I would buy it again at Ngee Ann City nor introduce to any of my friends to this branch.
