I’ve been visiting SL Aesthetic clinic for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier! Dr Chua is very professional, gentle, and takes time to explain every step of the treatment. The clinic maintains high hygiene standards and the whole team especially May & Lynn are so kind and welcoming. I noticed visible improvements after just one session. Highly recommended!

Started my facial treatments with Skinlab for the last 10 years and most recently tried their laser treatment - love the service. Staff was polite and reassuring and the treating doctor, Dr Kelvin Chua is very experienced in his field. My first laser experience was not as intimidating as I thought it would be and the recovery was rather quick - only 3-4 days downtime with slight redness and scabbing. I have also tried Skinlab’s products recently and was impressed with the quality and ingredients used are approved by dermatologists.

My best friend has been urging me to start aesthetic treatment for years. It was only this year when I turn 50 did I have the courage to start. Best decision ever! I have never looked better, my pigmentation has reduced significantly and my eyebags are now a distant memory. My only regret was if I didn't hesitate so much, I could have started to look young again years ago. Dr Kelvin Chua is the most unassuming and earnest doctor I have ever met. Each time he will lay down the options to me clearly and his honesty gives me confidence in his treatments. And his team of therapist and assitants are a friendly bunch. May is very intuitive and does not upsell, she treats me and my family like a friend. And Lynn my therapist is very gentle and soothes me when I feel worried before any treatment. Thank you Dr Chua and everyone at Skin Lab!

I have been with Ageless for around 2years now and I initially came with troubled and sensitive skin. Dr Lam was the most patient and caring doctor who explained my skin condition to me and what I should do to improve it further. She never once pushed me to do injectables knowing I was very fearful of that so she told me to make baby steps and have been helping me with my skin ever since. I’ve even signed their facial package and I love it so much as well. Many Thanks to Dr Lam and Linda :) All other therapists and staff at Ageless were very courteous and helpful as well.

I have been going Ageless Medical for my aesthetics treatments - fillers and skin boosters. Dr Lam is very skilful and knowledgable. she always addresses to my concerns. and I am always happy with the results. The therapists are also very polite and helpful. They always make me feel at ease and never forget to follow up with me after the treatment so to make sure i am ok. i highly recommend anyone who is looking for a good skilful doctor to go to Ageless Medical to ask for Dr. Lam! I had my fillers done at Ageless and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and address most of my concerns before the procedure. Dr. Lam Bee Lan is a true artist! Her skill and expertise in administering the filler were evident, and I felt confident in her hands. The results that were natural-looking and exceeded my expectations. The staff also make an effort with post-procedure care and follow-up messages/call to ensure that i was doing well. In summary, I highly recommend Dr. Lam Bee Lan for anyone considering filler treatment. I learned later that she is an injectable global trainer. Thumbs up, Dr Lam an the Ageless team!

I have been going to Dr Lam for skin treatment since 2013. She has an excellent aesthetic eye and I always trust her professionalism and work ethnics. No hard-sell from clinic and I’m always informed when there is any promotion. Very impressed and touched that Dr Lam always has the best interest for me, talked me out of doing unnecessary treatment. I was a bit scared for my first dermal filler treatment, but i am glad i have chose Ageless Medical. Dr Lam is so skilful and patient. She explained everything about the treatment in detail and answered all my queries. The therapist who assisted during the treatment also make me feel at ease. after the treatment, the staff also make an effort to contact me to make sure i am feelimg ok.
