Had my trial session with maysin today and really glad that she is gentle, friendly and patient which are the key requirements for me when choosing an instructor. Maysin is knowledgeable and quickly assessed my body to identify which areas need to be focused on. After the trial session, I went on to sign up a 15 sessions package. I look forward to experience positive results with the guidance from maysin.

I have been training with Yan Sun for close to half a year now, and have thoroughly enjoyed our sessions together! Yan is very encouraging and attentive. She tailors the classes to my needs and brings on a challenge every time. I started as a total beginner and through her patient guidance, I definitely see myself improving and looking forward to each week’s class.

I’ve been going to Options for >3 years for twice weekly sessions with Siege. Siege is fantastic! I cannot praise her expertise and patient approach enough. Sessions with Siege, while challenging (you WILL sweat), are enjoyable. Her warmth helps me remain consistent, and the clear results she delivers helps me prioritise our sessions. With Siege’s help, I am much stronger. As I get older and experience new challenges, Siege’s adaptability and experience plays a big part in how our sessions evolve to solve problems as they come. I have never stuck with an exercise routine for this long. I have also never been free of back aches for this long. Thanks for everything Siege!!

I attended a trial session with May Sin and it was useful in improving my posture and spinal alignment as well as strengthening my core and back muscles. She is very knowledgable and encouraging which is great for beginners!
