Like most previous buyers who had been persuaded to buy their products, I found myself in the same situation today. I didn’t check reviews and ended up with 2 products at a discount from US$1534 to S$888. While getting a free facial which the sales person insisted is not about beauty but medical, I was corrected a few times while I was supposed to have a relaxing facial. Sales girl would retort with “did I say you must buy?” I held on the sides of the bed, hoping the irritating sales person could shut her mouth up. Instead she kept coming in and out of the room and insisted that my skin is dry and full of bacteria. The one who was doing my facial was much better, however, still an accomplice in my opinion. Truly they have been trained to put up an act. I who am educated could be trapped into buying their products, not to mention the less educated elderly women. I realised that they target the older women who walked past the shop by starting friendly innocent conversation. I will go back tomorrow (know your rights that you have 7 days to do so) to return the products which I do not need. Is not about money but I really hate the way they sell their products. How can I use these without feeling angry by the thought of how I was ‘forced’ to buy. While having my facial, they also tried to sell me their facial package from S$3000/-+ to $2500 and will waive off the earlier bill for $888. They make it seem is a deal but I told them to stop bothering me as I will not commit a 2nd mistake (in my mind I was saying that). In the end, I walked out of the shop without even trying to clean my face off the lotion because I was really mad at them. Please do not be kind and nice by letting them stop you from moving past their shop.
