Got my Marshall Stanmore III here thanks to Reuben’s impeccable advice and assistance. I didn’t know they closed at 8pm and arrived at 840pm, but Reuben was kind enough to still show me around the store and tested the speakers for me without any sign of impatience or frustration (I did hold them back after hours for a while!). Good service all around. While this place is called “Marshall at Wheelock”, they do carry other brands too. Happy to walk away with a new set of speakers!

You may wish to consider other breakfast spots like Funtoast @ Wisma and Yakun @ Ion. Short walk away but much more organised and reasonable service than this Toastbox outlet. (The same female counter staff's unreasonable service has been flagged by other reviewers. The photo I have shows her back view.) Said female counter staff here prioritises delivery orders, especially if there's a big one. So even if there was no queue and I had ordered ahead of the delivery order, I had to wait about 20mins for my toast. When I walked over to the counter to enquire, the staff was dismissive, saying that "很多外卖order这里 我们要做。你要等。没有将快‘’ This was also repeated to other customers. When she eventually did get to the dine-in toast orders, she beckoned me over from behind the counter. She was still spreading the kaya, but I went over anyway. YET as she was handing me the plate, she hurried "来来 快点 快点（拿)". I didn't think that was necessary given that I was already standing there, returned the buzzer and was simply taking an additional second to lift my arm. My toast was served cold, as the slices of bread have been sitting there, while she was preparing the delivery orders. Others who ordered after me also received the same dismissive attitude when they went up to the counter to enquire (politely) about their orders. It may look like there's no queue at this outlet, but your order may still be slow as they prioritise incoming delivery orders.

Really enjoyed the kaya toast and coffee, very flavorful. Good local flavors, simple but delicious. Great service from Ming Han, very friendly and attentive

Menu board stated Chilli Tuna with egg. Did not stated with cheese too. So I order with a cup of coffee with the sandwich. When I had my first bite , there is cheese inside . And I am allergy to cheese . I feedback to the boy at the cashier . pls inform your management to amend the menu. As allergy can be very serious .

This has been the worst experience I've had at this outlet. The cashier, whose name is 孟x (as clearly indicated on his name tag), displayed a problematic attitude. It truly feels like a case of 'paying to suffer.' This is definitely the worst outlet at Toast Box. After reading all the reviews, I now understand why it has such a low rating.

Don't make coffee properly, skip steps and don't take feedback. No wonder one of the lowest rated outlets with 2.5stars and going lower. As another customer pointed out, the staff with tag 孟 has serious attitude problem. Casually washed a cup without detergent and just poured coffee into it

Great usual set A. Sizeable coffee quantity. You can also pick up snacks from the Breadtalk store next door as long as you're eating at Toast Box.

Nice new Toast Box outlet tucked away behind Nam-Nam in the passage to the car park on B2. Came here to enjoy a breakfast set - kopi c kosong, soft boiled eggs with dark soy sauce and butter sugar toast! Perfect as always!
