Central location in an old part of Singapore near Chinatown. Plentiful of selection and well displayed. They charge for the lens itself, which is inclusive of frame. Service is prompt and efficient, which could have been friendlier.

Not great at all. I bought and never wore it again because of how awfully uncomfortable it was for me. The glasses constantly make me feel like puking and I can never ever walk in them. I get giddy even when I use them while seated – my eyes get TIRED after just 5 mins. 5 mins?!!! This is not normal. My glasses apparently have two slightly different degree as recommended by the staff but honestly, it is not great. The frames were super uncomfortable too. It’s so thick that it doesn’t sit well on my ears. And I constantly feel it there. And it KEEPS sliding down my face EVERY single second despite it having the nose pads. I’ve went back once to adjust the alignment thinking I need time to get used to it but…it’s far beyond getting used to it. I have to abandon it! It’s not even cheap because of the lenses the staff was recommending me!

She is very technical and knowledgeable, and her explanations really helped me understand what was happening. Carrie, who performs my treatments, is always careful, kind, and considerate. She pays attention to every detail to make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed, she even brings me tea and refills it whenever I finish without asking! I definitely recommend Tricholab if you have scalp issues like mine. They take the time to study your specific case and create a treatment plan that truly suits your needs. I've been going for hair treatment at Tricholab for some time now. Will recommend the microneedling as it definitely helps. Kerin is also friendly and professional - she dishes out advices regarding scalp / hair care and plans treatments / products according to needs. Once when I there was red patches on my scalp and when I wanted to replenish my usual ampoules I was using, she switched to the sensitive type for me instead so that I could reduce the redness/ improve the scalp.

my hair consultant kerin helped me with my scalp problems and did the treatment for it and going to this place made my hair much healthier and grow quicker. kerin she is very nice and patient with my hair issues and she’s very gentle. the place is clean and good environment. been doing this for a year now definitely recommend

my hair stylist - Fagan was rly professional & knowledgable! she gave me lots of hair care tips & products tht would help my frizzy hair. the hair treatment i did for my frizzy hair was amazing as well, my hair felt so soft & so much easier to comb through my hair with lesser tangles. highly recommend to try their hair treatment!
