Went to Ion to get a shirt as Christmas gift. The lady was friendly to help to check with wheeler lock which have the size I wanted and reserve for me. I went over about 5 minutes later. The sales lady over there told me off that there was no call or any reservations done. Then she just pointed those in front to ask me select from there instead.. I can’t find the colour that I wanted so I asked her to check and she told me off. All colours already displayed. The colours and the design that this store carries may not have been the same as other store. But I told her the staff at Ion did check that this store has the colour and size I wanted. Then she just left me aside blousing other design. Awhile later she showed me a piece from the opposite counter and asked was that the one I wanted. Then she went to the store to get the size . I asked whether any discount for members. She said no , only for platinum customer with some discount or points to redeem. What’s makes her think I was not a platinum customer? She should at least ask whether I am a platinum member or using any one platinum account to purchase. This was the worst customer service I ever encountered

I had a good experience. I accompanied my son and husband to buy suits and tie for them. Annie the shop in charge patiently and caringly attended to all our requests. She was so knowledgeable about everything. Even though we took our time she did not complain and courteously attended to us inspite of the shop being crowded. We were very impressed with Annie’s hardworking nature. KUDOS to Annie!!!

Great eyeglasses and reasonable prices. With designs and colour ways for everybody, you won’t be disappointed. One thing however is that wait time can drag which might be a bother for those used to same-day collections. That aside, no complaints from me.

The Eye test is super efficient and and the staff are all so lovely. They have all their frames laid out and give you all the time you want/ need to try them on and make your decision. The price point is honestly unbeatable for such good designs and high quality and they walk you through the process so it’s a super smooth and easy customer experience!
