Went to Ion to get a shirt as Christmas gift. The lady was friendly to help to check with wheeler lock which have the size I wanted and reserve for me. I went over about 5 minutes later. The sales lady over there told me off that there was no call or any reservations done. Then she just pointed those in front to ask me select from there instead.. I can’t find the colour that I wanted so I asked her to check and she told me off. All colours already displayed. The colours and the design that this store carries may not have been the same as other store. But I told her the staff at Ion did check that this store has the colour and size I wanted. Then she just left me aside blousing other design. Awhile later she showed me a piece from the opposite counter and asked was that the one I wanted. Then she went to the store to get the size . I asked whether any discount for members. She said no , only for platinum customer with some discount or points to redeem. What’s makes her think I was not a platinum customer? She should at least ask whether I am a platinum member or using any one platinum account to purchase. This was the worst customer service I ever encountered
