Very bad customer service. I visited the outlet at 8.50-9pm today and was enquiring about a laptop backpack with the staff (a tall guy). The bag has a tag that it fits a 15” laptop. 1) I asked the staff if the 15” refers to the length or diagonal dimension of the laptop, 2) To which he responded that he was also not sure (in a very unhelpful tone where he had no intention to at least try to help figure out). 3) I then asked if the shop possibly has something like a ruler to help measure where might the 15” measurement be referring to. 4) To which he responded “don’t have”. 5) I then asked how should I measure my laptop to make sure it fits the compartment? 5) He literally asked me to bring my laptop down to the shop to see if it fits. 6) After asking a few more times, he finally took out a ruler (which he claimed there was none before) 7) I measured and kindly just informed him that the 15” refers to the length of the laptop that would fit, in case other customer asks. 8) To which, he just scoffed at me as if it was something lame. Overall, very unhelpful staff and unpleasant experience. FYI, the shop was not crowded and he was just standing in front of the counter.
