Poor customer service. When I first entered the store, I was greeted with a lovely sight of quality fruits and great variety of cooked foods. The supermarket had a very nice and clean interior. Naturally, I was very excited and impressed to see such a wide and wonderful selection of premium fruits that I was immersed in the moment and decided to share this with my partner via photos on WhatsApp. Up till this point, I had not noticed the "No photography" sign. A staff member then jumped out suddenly from behind me and raised her voice at me, immediately barking "No photography, girl! You took so many already. There is a sign here and another sign outside the store!", pointing at the door entrance. I was really appalled and stunned to speak. She could have approached me in a more professional way and I would have gladly deleted the photos immediately. I understand she was just doing her job but I felt that it could have been carried out in a more gentle manner. The benefit of doubt that customers did not see the no photography sign should be given to them when staff members approach customers to politely remind them, instead of doing so in a manner of reprimand and discipline. This encounter really ruined my experienced today, and I left the supermarket feeling quite disturbed and honestly disappointed because what started out as a lovely experience had turned into a unnerving and unpleasant one.

I really like the Isetan supermarket located in the basement of the Isetan department store. It’s very convenient to get to by MRT, and from there, you can easily continue shopping at the many other nearby malls. My favorite buys here are the Japanese beef slices, sushi, bento boxes which are always top quality, and the bread stall that offers fresh and tasty options. There are also frequent festive food promotions that make each visit feel special. Prices are higher than your regular supermarket, but it’s well worth a visit if you’re looking to splurge on something premium or uniquely Japanese.

Glad to visit Isetan Scotts again. I’m happy to see that there’s no drastic changes here since the late 90s. ( ** such a pity that the large aquarium at Wisma Atria had gone, so was Isetan Wisma ). Isetan Scotts still has a place in my heart as I spent my growing up years wandering around Orchard Road, Singapore. Also happy to see that the Isetan Supermarket and Shaw Theatre Lido are still around.

Very well maintained shopping centre with a variety of shopping places and dining options. The supermarket downstairs can feel a bit pricey, but it has lots of unique items, such as Japanese products, Chitose vegetables and more. Highly recommend!

Went here on our first night of Singapore. Even though it's night Orchard Road is so alive. We ate our first meal at Isetan, so glad that it has food court with lots of choices to satisfy our taste buds. We also ate the famous ice cream sandwich!

A great place for your supermarket needs especially if you wanna stock up Japanese products. The supermarket boasts of a fantastic bakery that seems to have people queuing all the time. It must be good, if people are making a beeline to purchase. Great location, fantastic range of groceries and fresh products. Take a look at the attached pictures. The range of fresh produce (just look at those chrysanthemum flowers / purple cauliflowers , wow) specially flown in from Japan is mind boggling. The supermarket is popular and was very crowded atleast at the time of my visit. This is a speciality supermarket where you will find a lot of stuff not available elsewhere. Definitely worth your time if you would like to shop here.

Quality seafood and raw fish sushi and sashimi, served conveyor belt style. To ensure freshness, it claims that whatever goes on the conveyor belt only travels 350m, and gets disposed after (seems a tad wasteful though). For those who aren’t keen on what’s offered on the conveyor belt, you can order what you want and it’s served straight to you via the express belt. Overall legit experience since the chain hails from Japan. Their limited dishes - snow crab when I visited - are worth trying.

Wow 🤩 this mall is packed with people 😍 and for good reason too! Accompanied my mum as an Isetan platinum member plus one for a private member sale and was blown away by the variety of goods and cut-down prices on display 🤩 The overall atmosphere and interior made me feel like I was in Sydney on Pitt Street again and I love it! If my mum gave this sales event a nod, you’ll probably find something that you may need or like here too 👍🏻👍🏻
