Excellent customer service by experienced sales staff, Andy Yip, who gave good, balanced advice on a selection of Irons. Greatly appreciated his patience throughout the decision-making process, as well as having the facility on site to test a range of options. Was served by staff, TC, at payment desk, who highlighted and patiently explained the current promotions and MST membership benefits. Highly recommend MST Scotts Square as a one stop place for golfing needs.

Went shopping for a new set of irons yesterday. TC Lim was very professional and knowledgeable and I am grateful that because of him i was able to settle on the clubs i needed very quickily (Mizuno 245 irons). Very good service and and club selection and easily the best club shopping experience in Singapore. Far better than some of the other MST outlets.

If you are visiting, make sure to look for Mr Jusri Outbi from MST Scotts square. He was extremely helpful and approachable and helped to recommend me good shafts and irons that fit my swing. He was also very knowledgeable about the products, discounts, inventory and went the extra distance to help me check and reserve items for me. 10/10 service and thank you so much!

Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I was trying to purchase my first golf set. If the golf set wasn’t suitable for you he will not try and upsell you. The good service was why I got all my golf stuffs from this MST outlet.

Perhaps the worst customer service experience I have ever had any where . 25 emails to customer service (flowery long emails no real intent) and 4 phone calls to store over 2 months — they are not remotely interested in solving a customer’s problem after selling. Been promised service centre will call back and nothing happens What a disappointment the soundbar has been. Soind goes off in the middle of watching every other day.

Excellent customer service from the staff at Orchard, particularly Zach. He has good knowledge and thorough in his explanation to me when I was shopping for the headphones and doing comparisons between the different models. Very patient guy who doesn't hard sell. Well done and keep it up!
