Shop Reviews

Looooove this store and Ms. Tina! She’s helpful, kind, and always helps me choose the most beautiful necklaces and accessories all these years. I always go here immediately after arriving Singapore 😀❤️ …

Had a great experience with Tina who served me with so much glee and happily walked away with my dream purchases from VW 🥰 …

I am from Hong Kong, it's nice to see her shop here, although it's one and only. Hong Kong has a different pricing and marketing strategy which makes buying there cheaper. So it's pointless to compare. However, they do carry something which we don't on Hong Kong, so concentrate on that and make purchases of what is special for you. Sales are friendly and ranges are good.

Excellent service from salesperson Jusri who has been very patient and attend to me and my friends needs when purchasing clubs. He gave lots of good advice and knows what is suitable for us. I’ve frequent this store and he’s always ready to serve and advise anytime! Good varieties of apparels too.

Alex has been very helpful. Wilson Duo Soft n Taylormade Kalea golf balls. Good balls for 18HI, good price. Shop is spacious, variety of apparels, shoes, bags, golf balls, accessories. Just great.

I wanted to exchange a top I bought. Whilst I understood it was over the 14 days return policy, I was simply hoping to exchange it for something else. I have heard they have done this for other people, but they refused to help me. Maybe because I am not a local.

Awfully rude staff. I was looking and testing out putter stick and was planning to make another purchase, but suddenly one salesman came told me to move away to the other side just because his customers wanted to check out the iron stick. I was already there first before they came and was in the midst of testing the stick. Definitely do not recommend this store. Very disappointing considering how often my family and i visit and shop at this shop.

I ordered 3 clubs online and had them picked up at this branch. I was very thankful for the quality of customer service the staff provided since they took time to ensure my clubs were packed safely for shipping abroad.

Andy Yep & Bryan have been super patient, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process! Very happy with the service and warmth and highly recommend to look for both of them for any enquiry!

Great staff and purchase experience, the staffs let me try their bags and explore the compartments, they let you compare the bags and tell you what are the functions like cooler bag, stand bag, lightweight or maybe 14 compartments with top to bottom dedicated compartments. The number of bags are more than other branches and the number of shoes, clubs, shirts are also plenty. Most importantly their staffs are very patient and they let you try until you are satisfied. I’ll give them what they deserve, two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻 Brands I remember seeing here: Taylormade, Honma, Titleist, Ping, Majesty, On/Off, Adidas, FJ, Cobra, Sun Mountain, G Fore, PXG, Mizuno, Cutter & Buck, Wilson, Callaway.
