Overall, my experience at the clinic was good. The staff at registration were helpful and efficient, and Vani, who did my blood work, was excellent, very professional and skilled, I barely felt anything. However, I was uncomfortable when the doctor asked me personal questions in the hallway in front of other patients, which I felt should have been done privately.

I recently did a pelvis ultrasound here on a weekday via referral. The process was smooth, the staff were pleasant, and although the wait was slightly long, the overall experience at the clinic was decent. However, I had a poor experience afterward when trying to clarify a billing issue via their WhatsApp. I was charged for both TA and TV ultrasounds, but only the TA was performed. Initially, reception insisted there was only one standard price for a "pelvis ultrasound." But when I pointed out that I had previously done a TA-only scan with them at a lower price, they changed their explanation. They then claimed the TV scan was omitted because it wasn’t necessary, but still charged for both since the referral mentioned both. This raises some ethical concerns. If a service is omitted, patients should be informed beforehand, especially if they’re still being charged for it. This gives them the chance to contact their referring doctor to revise the referral and avoid unnecessary charges. The WhatsApp response was also disappointing. The receptionist was defensive and kept changing the explanation. At one point, they said the charge couldn’t be adjusted because the sonographer had "confirmed" it, which is odd because I don't think financial decisions are made by the sonographer. I’m leaving this here as constructive feedback because I didn’t feel heard through their internal channels. The in-person experiences I've had were pretty ok, so I hope the clinic can improve customer service and transparency around billing moving forward.

I recently went to AsiaMedic for an MRI screening and had a great experience. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the start. Everything was organized, and the staff were professional and efficient throughout the process. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a smooth and reliable screening experience

I visited for my annual medical check-up and was pleasantly surprised to be done within an hour. The waiting time at each station was minimal, and the staff were professional, caring, and attentive, ensuring I felt well taken care of throughout the process. They even provided breakfast after the fasting required for the blood test, which was a thoughtful touch. Excellent service—keep up the great work!

Entrance is located in the carpark itself on level 6 and not within the mall. Easier to park at level 6, lift is pretty slow. Was a little apprehensive initially to get my health screening done here after reading all the bad reviews. It was unexpectedly pleasant though. The staff at the different stations were friendly and approachable. I had a good experience with Sunarti (if I got her name right) at the reception. Pretty crowded though, it took me about 3 hours to complete the health screening including mammogram and pelvic ultrasound. Would be great if the waiting time would be reduced.

Went to AsiaMedic Wellness Assessment Centre for my annual health screening and I'm pleasantly surprised by how fast I can complete all stations in slightly over an hour. The staff there are very well organised and I don't have to wait very long before I go to my next station. The premises are clean and well maintained. Though they said the report will be out in a month, I actually received mine after 1 week. Highly recommend if you're looking for a comprehensive health screening.

I have called Asia Medic @ Shaw House at around 11.30am and asked whether they can accept last minute booking of health screening. A helpful lady, Zalina told me that health screening booking is only for 8.30am and 9.30am and what's more we have to fast the night before we can do a health screening. I explained that we are at Raffles Medical @Shaw Centre and we had waited for 1.5hours and it is still not our turn . I hope she can accept our booking and we can just walk over immediately. She is so nice and accepted our booking. When we arrive at Asia Medic, the friendly admin staff Sunarti quickly registered us and arrange for the blood test immediately. After which, we can have a quick bite since the fasting has now overrun from night to morning to lunch time. Everyone at Asia Medic seem so happy working and the whole health screening experience is so good and fast. The whole process lasts for 1 hour and we could leave. Thank you to the team at Asia Medic. We are really grateful and appreciative of the last minute acceptance of our health screening booking. Thumbs up for good service, friendly environment and reasonable health screening packages. Highly recommend for the good health screening service at Asia Medic.

I went here because of the referral , because as a first timer I am afraid doing this . but I am actually shiok.. because of the staffs at the front desk are accomdating they greet with a smile . I am amazed of the quality of services they have from the staffs and procedure esp. thanks named chi ling or chia ling she handle me so well as a beginner . thank you so much asiamedic

Don’t go here, it’s a maze. While following the instructions in the car park to clinic, you will only be greeted with locked gate and puzzle to solve to get to the other gate. It costs me 20 mins to re-route to the other gate, let me know your result.

The facial experience was top-notch! I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend it to others.
