Just NO. I am offended that they dare to call that bowl of lifeless turbid liquid 'ramen'. Tasteless souless bodyless broth, timid toppings, barely any meat on the chasu. AVOID. Seriously. There are Much better actual ramen shops in the same mall. Or if you don't want to make the effort, try a japanese rice bowl at Aburi on the same floor.

Love the soup base of the black garlic ramen. We also ordered truffle broth and tonkotsu ramen. They were simply delicious and can tell the broth is cooked from scratch because we do not feel thirsty after eating the ramen. Food was also served promptly...didn't have to wait too long. Can choose the texture of noodles that we prefer. The tonkotsu portion is generous and texture is soft and it simply melts in your mouth! <3 Highly recommended for ramen lovers!

The Ebi Sakura Truffle Ramen had very little ingredients, tasted fine, was very underwhelming, but nicely al dente and had strong truffle flavor. It’s mostly dried ebi sprinkles and some super thin slices of not sure what but it’s almost nothing. Serving is small. Luckily I ordered a side of pork gyozas. Also tiny but decent. Friendly service team but overall not for me.

I was fortunate enough to try the ramen when this store was newly opened. The truffle ramen was so good and the truffle smell permenated across the seating area. However, the recent time that I had the opportunity to try again, wasn't that good Service- It was generally good. led to the table and told to order with QR code. Our free water came after we ordered. Food came between five and ten minutes. Had to go to the cashier counter to make payment. Food- ordered truffle broth ramen,Gyukotsu shoyu ramen (beef broth) and Charshu charhan. All were not up to expectations as I was sorely disappointed that the standards had dropped drastically. All broth was like diluted and didn't give any satisfaction from drinking. Location- orchard gateway mall level one. Value- about 20 per pax after all the service charge 10% and 9% GST. There should be better ramen around at about the same pricing.

I ordered the dry truffle ramen — served with chashu, onsen egg, and chopped mushrooms. The truffle aroma was nice, and the noodles were firm and chewy (some might find them a bit too firm). Served slightly cool, probably because it’s the dry version. Located inside a mall with little to no queue, fast service — great for a quick meal!

Tried a few of their ramens, the truffle ones were okay but quite underwhelming. Noodles were nicely al dente, but the bowls were small and lacked ingredients. The broth was flat, and the pork had a frozen taste. Gyozas were oily and soggy. Service was friendly and quick, and the place was clean though quite cramped. Paid about $60 for two bowls, gyoza, and drinks. For the portion and taste, it felt overpriced. Nice staff, but I wouldn’t come back.

We had the dry and broth versions of truffle ramen. I was pleasantly surprised by the strong scent of truffles when our food arrived as we were not expecting such a generous portion of truffle shavings/oil. The ramen was not overly soft and had a nice chewy texture. The broth was decent, but folks who prefer a richer flavour may find the broth a little thin. Do note that the broth version of the truffle ramen does not come with an onsen egg by default.

Decent ramen shop. Empty before lunch time, with patrons trickling in after 12pm. The Signature Truffle Ramen (dry) was good, but just a step below amazing. Truffle flavour was on point, cha shu has charred edges giving it a nice charred flavour, and the onsen egg was perfectly cooked. Ramen was a little hard and could be slightly softer. Enjoyed it, but not blown away. Flaming Hot Tonkatsu Ramen was average. Spicy enough with some flavours punching through, but soup base could be thicker for a more rounded flavour. Added the ramen egg as it is not included in the dish, though it appears in the menu photo.

My mum really liked the truffle ramen! Been here a while ago, when visiting family in Singapore, highly recommend to try

Been wanting to give this foodcourt a try since it started up last year but never had the opportunity since we don’t go into Orchard much. Finally we found time and gave it a try. For me, I was really keen to try the wanton mee as I think KL has the best wanton mee. Oh btw, this foodcourt showcases some of the famous Malaysian food but honestly, I think you still have to travel north to have the real deal. The food here is not bad but I think perhaps mentally, I still think it’s different from what you can get in KL. For eg, I would have loved pork lard on my wanton mee but that was clearly missing. Pork noodle and nasi lemak were good.
