I visited Alexandr & Co at Orchard Point and had a skin consultation with Jessie. She was friendly, patient and helpful. There is no pressure to buy from them so I feel really comfortable browsing here. The beauty counter is neat and clean. The products use the latest anti-aging technology from Japan, called the Silk and Silk Sericin Complex™ formulation, helping the skin glow with a radiant complexion with a visible reduction in fine lines and wrinkles.

Went to check out Alexandr & Co latest outlet at OG Orchard Point as I heard good things about their products. The outlet is easy to locate and looks beautiful. I had a consultation with consultant Jessie and she is very helpful and detailed in explaining the products and usage. I tested the cream on my hand and I love it. Super cool products from Japan using the latest anti-aging technology from Japan-Silk and Silk Sericin Complex formulation!

Attended a skincare consultation at Alexandr & Co recently and decided to incorporate this skincare series to my daily skincare routine! I was told that the Silk Sericin infused in the skincare products increases collagen production deep within layers of skin. I like how the eye cream and moisturiser absorbs quickly into my skin without feeling greasy, leaving my skin feeling super smooth and well hydrated.

Negative feedback - Kanshoku Ramen Bar, Orchard Gateway, 11 April 2025, Friday, 20:23 hrs. We are big fans of your restaurant chain and have been loyal customers since your first outlet at ION since Covid-19, followed by Orchard Gateway, and now your newest location at Raffles City. We were extremely disappointed with the standard of our meal tonight. The Truffle Edamame was served with a sourish taste (which is unexpected). Furthermore, the signature Dried Truffle Ramen was tasteless beyond the truffle fragrance, and the noodles were tangled and lumpy. We sincerely hope that the standard will improve after this review. We will most likely skip this outlet for a while until it's back to its normal standard again.

Small ramen shop which is cosy and straightforward menu. Staff are polite

Nice atmosphere, can’t say ‘nice’ about the food though. I am not a foodie, but I find their ramen quite unpalatable. I am not normally picky about my food, but I do know bad tasting food when I encounter them. I am simply amazed at their courage to open a restaurant with such food standards.

The ramen was okay, not as expected, especially at a relatively high price. We were guided to the table and ordered by QR code. A kind of service could be replaced by a robot. She (the staff) just did what she had to do instead of replying to a question from me.

This restaurant in Somerset, is absolutely amazing. Their dry truffle ramen is my absolute favourite. Every time I visit, I always order it because the creamy texture and rich truffle flavor are just unmatched. It’s a ramen experience that you don’t find anywhere else, and it’s definitely a standout dish. Their soup ramen is great too, but the dry truffle ramen takes the top spot for me. As for the service, it’s decent—nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad either.

I ordered the truffle dry ramen and was very disappointed. The bowl came with very few toppings, and the noodles were overly oily, so much so that I couldn’t even finish it. For over $20 SGD (after GST and service charge), it felt severely overpriced for what was served. To make things worse, despite the restaurant being mostly empty inside, the waitress seated me outside along the busy mall walkway, where there was constant traffic. It was uncomfortable and felt like an afterthought. Overall, poor value for money and an unpleasant dining experience. Definitely wouldn’t return or recommend.
