As this is my first time getting a CTCA done, the staff, Ms Regina, was very detailed in her explanation and comforting, creating a calm atmosphere for me in preparation for it. She showed strong work ethics and propensity, coupling it with polite mannerism and professionalism. In the CT room, together with Ms Hanuka (not sure if her name is spelt correctly), they patiently guided me through the angiogram, telling me what to expect and how to respond to it, making the whole process a smooth and painless one. With their competency, both of them are excellent representatives of AsiaMedic and definitely an asset to have.

Rika was helpful in registering me and ensuring I got my USB after my scan. I am a GP who has referred patients to this clinic before and my own experience as a patient here was great!

Wanjou , radiographer is very skillful. She is gentle and diplomatic when performing the mammogram for me. It is indeed the best experience I have had with mammogram as it is not painful.

Registration was prompt and fast. Really fast, lady waiting at counter to receive refferal form. Prior checks for MRI scan was done professionally and total time was within an hour. Goes to show systems and SOPs are efficient

Had a positive experience at their center for scans. The staff at reception, doctors, and team are professional and well-behaving. They make you feel comfortable quickly.

Excellent service from the point I stepped into the clinic. Wait time was minimum and there was attentive and prompt help given whe n I approach them. Most satisfied with the experience of doing my MRI there.

First time here, impressed by the service provided. Supposed to go to my clinic to get xray form, however I got lost. Instructed by clinic staff to pass by here to another lift lobby to get to the clinic. Was struggling with crutches through the carpark, borrowed wheelchair from AsiaMedic. Staff saw me and kindly wheeled me to the lift lobby. Came back for my xray, was attended to by another staff. She kindly pushed me to registration and waiting area, even offered me hot beverage. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Everyone were professional and patient (:

Appointment was at 2pm and I arrive around 140pm and finish registration at 146pm but waited for more than an hour until I decide it’s been too long as it’s more than an hour of waiting without anyone advising me anything, I only get to see the GP for tele consultation at 320pm, follow by the spinal x-ray. The whole process took so much time which was rather disappointing and I wonder if I do not approach the staff, would I be left waiting even longer?

It was a great experience there. It was my first time doing MRI and the staff was polite and took time to explain everything from A to Z. Special thanks to Ms Rika Go who tried to help me get both MRI slots on the same day and for being accomodating.

I had a very smooth and comfortable experience at Asiamedic Imaging Center for my MRI. Everything went perfectly, from registration to the scan itself, the entire process was easy, fuss-free, and well-coordinated. (Which is a relief when you are in need for an MRI or other medical examinations!) The nurses were very kind and reassuring, which really helped me feel at ease throughout the procedure. I’d also like to give special thanks to Ms. Rika Go, the patient care coordinator, who was professional and attentive from start to finish. The facilities are modern, clean, and professional, and the location at Shaw House Level 8 is very convenient. I truly appreciate the team’s warm and efficient care. Highly recommended!
