Went this afternoon to redeem 2 Lazada vouchers and the Indian male staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked what were the 5 options, he curtly replied “you can see for yourself on the app”. And when I redeemed the 2nd voucher, he just rudely asked “what you want?” With no context. How am I supposed to know he referring to sugar level or hot/warm/cold. He seemed impatient the whole time. Like so reluctant to do his job. Poor service attitude. Like I owe him something. It’s not like I was holding up a queue or anything. There were no other customers. Puts one in a foul mood. Will not be patronising again.
