Quite satisfied with my eyebrow embroidery experience by Ella. Language is not really a barrier at this point. She is patient and would translate or even ask her English speaking colleague to help.

Super pleased with the service at Highbrow! I’m allergic to henna and mentioned this to Mr. Andy — he not only gave me professional advice, but also allowed me to test a small area of my eyebrow with embroidery first, just to be safe (visited browh**** but they didn’t allow me to trial at all, all give me a weird look). After the trial period, I returned for the full brow embroidery. The experience was painless, had zero downtime, and the result looks incredibly natural. Highly recommend Mr. Andy — 10/10!

Terrible experience and unprofessional staff. An old Chinese lady who doesnt speak a word of English was supposed to design my brows. Instead of a pencil, she had scissors and razor all through my beautiful natural brows. It was more than a month ago and still my brow hair is a millimeter long. Furthermore the place is not clean at all. For the sake of your sanity don't get any services at this place.

I had a wonderful experience with Ella, who did my eyeliner and ombre eyebrows. She took the time to carefully explain the design, shape, and color that would best suit me, ensuring I was comfortable with the choices before proceeding. I was initially worried about the pain of the eyeliner procedure, but Ella was incredibly gentle and kept checking in to make sure I was okay. Her skill, attention to detail, and caring approach made the whole process smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend Ella to anyone considering eyebrow or eyeliner services—she is truly detailed, caring, and talented!

My husband and I had a great experience with Sally. She took the time to carefully design and draw our eyebrows, making sure they were perfectly aligned and that we were completely satisfied with the shape before starting the embroidery. We’re absolutely thrilled with the results! While the procedure wasn’t entirely pain-free, it was very manageable, and Sally was incredibly gentle and professional throughout. The final look is impressively natural for both of us. I also had my eyeliner done, which subtly enhances my eyes without being too dramatic. We highly recommend Sally to anyone looking for a natural and long-lasting beauty enhancement!

I’m very satisfied with the results — my brows look natural and beautifully shaped. The entire experience was painless and comfortable. Ella is patient, skillful, and clearly knows what she’s doing. She made me feel at ease throughout the process. Definitely someone you can trust for quality work!

Very pleased with the Laser removal (of previous brow embroidery) result from this place. Below photo on the far left was my old stubborn colour that i had tried removing with 3 sessions in previous place to no significant difference. Middle is the result after 1 round of laser removal treatment from highbrow. Far right is after 2nd session. Very pleased! Ready to start over with the new brows. Separate review for that. Sally was my therapist. She was patient and kind, reassuring the process and not rushing to finish the job👍🏻 the treatment is not comfortable, even after the numbing cream, i can still feel different degree of rubber band being snapped onto our flesh kind of sensation, but she would check every now and again if the pain is bearable. Totally worth it!
