I had the curry o. The puff was not warm. Maybe it had been sitting there for a while. The casing was very brittle… shall i say maybe a bit too much butter? The filling was pretty good though, but could use some more spice.

Old Chang Kee doesn't need any introduction to any of the Singaporeans. Well-known among the locals for its Curry Puff and other finger-foods, its the go-to place for some snacks when you crave for something small and aren't exactly health conscious (since most things are fried, but not in a bad way at all). The classic curry puff is always my go-to; the puffs are always tasty, filled and full of fillings that give me very good feelings, and the pastry skin is also not bland and "flour-y" as well. Also, do give their Mushroom Chicken Puff a try as well because its always equally tasty. For those that don't really take spicy do give this a go as well because the fillings are savory and the creamy mushroom and chicken goes so well together. On a side note, the place is usually operated by two aunties and they are always quick in their service and warm as well so do drop by and say hi! For context, one of my biggest wish is to receive a box of OKC Curry Puff and eat them without getting fat :(

Very terrible service. The staff were impatient and kept prompting what else. I couldn't see clearly due to the sunlight shining through the transparent display causing reflections. When confirming the amount with her she replied with an impatient and unhappy tone. After making the payment. The items left on the shelf without ensuring the food was pack nicely into the plastic bag with handle. The food almost slip out.

Food stand outside the mall, where you can get your fix of deep fried foodstuff and snacks - curry puff, fried chicken wings, squid balls, etc.

Food is good but this specific shop doesn't seem to be happy at work. Very bad service.

Can get delicious local snacks. It is more useful for people returning back to home after work to have some energy back.

Getting more and more expensive. $1.90 for 3 fishball?? Curry puff also xx...really overprice.

I bought so much- 3 sticks of crab nuggets, 2 sticks of fish balls, a spring roll, a curry puff, sotong, and the stall keeper refused to give me more than 3 tiny packs of chili sauce. Auntie, not gonna buy from you again! Fish balls and nuggets and sotong need their sauce ok! it’s like laksa without the gravy! Ruined my tea time snack.
