I dont know if you really short of staff or wht , but your staff malay aunty , and all aunty who work there ! U better learn some respect, ya i know u are old lady , but doest mean you can treat us , your customer , so rude !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t give your black face to us ! If u are tired enough, then don’t work ! Stay at home , oh mai , this is not my first time , they all treat me like this ! If I can give this place a zero I would. The staff are so rude at this outlet! First time gave me black face… this time I ordered 4 squid and 2 chicken wing… I asked for chili sauce again and the old lady threw the chili sauce at the bucket and gave me another black face… Terrible service truly. Am I asking too much?

The aunty working at this outlet always very rude. Like forced to work. So this time am putting down the review. OCK mgmt - don't you guys look at the reviews at all??? Your staffs need proper training in customer service.

Incompetent staff. I had a digital voucher that i wanted to use during payment. But the staff just doesnt know how to process it! Were they not trained properly? Or are they bad at their job? I had to wait around 10 mins for the incompetent staff to call her superior for help. Turns out, as i knew all along, it was just a simple scanning of the barcode on the digital voucher. So simple! Why were they not taught this? There were 2 staff there before the manager came back. Both were incompetent and clueless. One of them, the Malay lady, basically did her own thing and offered no help at all. They really should have been better at their job.

While Old Chang Kee is traditionally famous and popular for its curry puff, my family and I think that the sesame balls at Old Chang Kee are simply the best - especially the black sesame ball.

Perhaps there are too many branches but the allure that it used to have gets less when one sees the oily snacks everywhere.
However, there is no denying that deep fried food can be quite yummy and they are well priced enough to be a tempting takeaway.
I do give in each time when i see freshly fried squid tentacles or a new curry puff flavor
