Staff attitude very bad, that one old aunty with white hair, i asking thing she reply me attitude very bad like scold person. I never go agian, very disappointed iON orchard old chang kee.

Visited on 11 June around 12–1 PM. The auntie who served me didn’t give me a receipt, which meant I couldn't enter the Instagram contest they were running for the salted egg menu items, even though I asked for it!! On top of that, she seemed very confused when taking my order, despite me clearly stating the 5 items one by one, slowly. It made the process unnecessarily frustrating. I hope the staff can be better trained in handling orders and customer service.

The curry puffs were a let down, dry and stale 😢 butttt their black sesame mochi balls was really good! Not too sweet and has a nice chew to it 😋

★★★☆☆ Not bad taste. —————- ★★★★☆ Today’s taste was more yummy than the one @ the last time. Maybe the last visit was due to just bef CNY!? The female staff was kind enough to take me a takeaway bag even though I bought only one curry puff!

My friend visited the ion outlet on 11th June at around 5pm and bought the salted egg squid and fish cake with cheese onstik. Soon after she had very bad food poisoning. Being unable to even go to the doctor due to not being able to get up. Please avoid this outlet at all cost!

auntie that is at the counter taking the food is always so rude and impatient! im just there to buy food for my colleagues then shes always just there being so impatient. im so pissed work is alr so tiring then i still have to put up with her

Comforting Curry’O as always, and it was served piping hot. The process with the auntie to redeem my Grab voucher ($2 for Curry’O and a stick of fishballs) was very quick and smooth. The deal was quite worth it too - will look out for more of such in future.

The crews doesn’t bother to serve. Everytimes i went there , there are 2 crew inside preparing in the kitchen. Customers standing outside they don’t bother to even care , keep doing their preparation. Super bad terrible experience

The mushroom curry puff is oily and the potato curry puff does not seem to taste as crispy as nice as some other outlets.

their curry puff tastes so good and the taste at every outlets are the same. Good job on keeping the same qualities at every stores
