came around 11.50am 8 OCT 25. Me and my boyfriend know what we wanted to buy , but the service was BAD. we waited for the chubby Chinese lady to ask us what we want to order but instead of doing that, she was talking to the other Chinese colleague which pisses us off because that's how u give customer service meh???? we get pissed already and we decided to walk away. Only then she want to serve us. LOL. HR please check your CCTV and do something to the both of them. thanks.

Received nothing but smiles and delicious food from this place! The service staff was friendly and efficient with giving the food!

Being a regular customer, this morning as i usually purchase my Curry Chicken with rice i was attended by a Chinese National lady who was extremely rude. Not only did she got my order wrongly but even corrected me as to whether am i speaking in English or Mandarin prior, when she herself got the order wrongly in the first place as she was flustered with a customer before me. She was the same lady who i had ordered the same Curry Chicken, but only to find the rice provided was undercooked. This is the 2nd bad experience i have had. With various F&B establishments competing with each other, it is best to improve on the service standards rendered or at least be cordial. I do hope i will not be subjected with such service again.

I picked up some chicken nuggets for my kids from Old Chang Kee, and they were pretty good. The fact that it’s halal certified is a big plus. A reliable spot for a quick and tasty snack!

My, my, my... How sad to find out that despite the increase in the prices of the curry puffs, they are unable to keep the consistency and flavours which was once yummy and delicious. And the Mala puffs are just atrocious. Will just give OCK a miss from now on.

Downgraded due to the fact there are so many other fresher and better tasting curry puffs around at cheaper prices. Good if you are in a hurry but definitely not the best in Singapore.

1st time: ordered century egg porridge and realized did not get any egg at all upon having it at home. 2nd time: ordered century egg porridge again and realized there’s no century egg again! Asking the staff why is there no century egg and telling the staff I did not get any egg the last time I bought as well. Reluctantly was given double portion of the egg. 3rd time: AGAIN same thing happened! I asked the staff I’m buying CENTURY EGG PORRIDGE but why is there NO CENTURY EGG??!! She answered coz sometimes customer only wants the porridge. ??? Hello? U are selling CENTURY EGG PORRIDGE RIGHT?? OLD CHANG KEE can u pls clarify??

This outlet give the chilli crab sauce damn little…and it was so dry my mantou can’t even finish dipping it cause too little … is it the pay will kena cut if u give abit more? 😌

Horrible _ those Curry' O - I had bought 4 on Friday 16 th Oct ' 20 - rubber not able to be consumed egg ( hard boiled - maybe even stale !!!! Not worth our $$$$ at these covid 19 times
