I have been with Stephanie since 2018 and find her very professional and helpful. She will go to the extra mile just to make sure I m well taken care of. JO’s wigs are of very high quality and comfortable. The wig shop environment at Isetan Scotts is cozy and private.

I was searching for a medical wig and had read many reviews before deciding on Jullia Olger. I’m so glad I did. Stephanie at the Isetan Scotts outlet was incredibly attentive and patient. She took the time to show me a wide range of options and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Her professionalism and warmth made with very comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality wigs and compassionate service.

Team Liza and Fukase san had 4 days over last weekend to come up with a medical wig that would help my 83yo mum transition thru her hair loss fr chemo and they did it! I’m so grateful for all the WhatsApp remote and on site support in getting the wig near to mums natural hair style. She’s so happy with it amongst all the doom and gloom.

I would like to commend Stephanie for her personal n excellent customer service in her job as a hair supervisor. It is a pleasure to see her at the Isetan Scotts hair shop - her smiles n friendliness n product knowledge are hard to come by this place. I was amazed by Julia Olger’s products and the outstanding services provided by Stephanie. Stephanie was incredibly sharp. The first item she put on me left me in awe of how a man-made product could look so natural, real, and beautiful. She addressed all my concerns professionally and patiently helped me try several items to find the one I felt most comfortable with. Both the male and female Japanese stylists (I apologize; I didn’t ask your names) who assisted me in styling the topper were gentle, patient and professional. Their magical fingers made the topper even more beautiful. The product is pricier than those sold at other shops and online platforms, but my family members and friends who noticed the difference in me said it’s worth every penny spent. Thank you so much, Julia Olger, Stephanie and the stylists.
