aloy working there today was really nice 😊 asked for ice for my bottle after finishing my drink and he even offered to pour away my water and gave me new one! very nice worker 🌟

Pretty standard Starbucks. Not as cosy as some other outlets but has several low coffee tables w cushioned chairs. Staff was efficient... I found a dead cockroach under my table and reported it. One of the cashiers promptly came and cleared it away with a broom. While it doesn't speak much about the sanitation status of the outlet, at least the staff dealt promptly with the issue.

One of female staff were cute,friendly and gave a warm service. The cake I tried that day, called “Walnut Coffee Cake was so-so. The ambience was not lousy and good.

I frequent this Starbucks quite a bit and honestly, the service here has been consistently great. The team’s always friendly, and I really like how they write cute little messages or “thank yous” on the cups — small gesture but it brightens the day. Special shoutout to Aloy (hope I got the name right) for always remembering my Grande Iced Americano with ristretto shot, less ice — didn’t even have to say my order once and he already knew. Super attentive and friendly! ☕️ They also recently upgraded their lighting — it’s brighter now and much better for doing work or just chilling with a book. Overall, one of the better Starbucks around the Orchard area. It can get pretty busy on Friday and Saturday nights, but on most other days it’s a nice spot to sit back, people-watch, and unwind. 😊

Review of Starbucks @ Orchard Gateway This has always been my go-to spot for a convenient coffee break in town. While on a shopping spree, we stopped by for a quick rest — a decent little break point, especially since we were curious to check out the SG60 promo. We ordered the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade, Double Strength Café Latte, Chocolate Chip Waffle Cheesecake, and Milo Cheesecake. To be really honest, I’ve always found Starbucks’ latest cake creations — often collaborations with OSC or Cat & the Fiddle — creative in concept but lacking in execution. The Milo Cheesecake had the familiar Milo flavour but completely missed the mark on the cheese element. As for the Chocolate Chip Waffle Cheesecake, it wasn’t terrible, but still a letdown for me. The biscuit base was decent, but the addition of the strawberry sponge felt like a cost-cutting move by OSC. It didn’t blend well. Personally, I feel they should go bold — thicken the cheesecake layer and maybe give it a rich purple hue for visual appeal. That would make a far more striking and indulgent dessert. Lastly, I couldn’t help but notice that one of the staff (no names mentioned) took 10 minutes to prepare a Double Strength Café Latte, while three other team members stood around in the background. It felt inefficient and unprofessional, which dampened the overall experience.

The service at Red Wing (Orchard Gateway) was excellent. Their Iron Ranger Copper Rough & Tough Boots are made of quality leather materials and the construction is traditional and durable. The staff are friendly, know their products very well and offer good advice on cleaning and conditioning. Overall a great buying experience. It will take a few months to break them in but I’m sure the leather uppers will last for over 10 years if conditioned properly.

A huge shout out to the gentleman today at red wing who assisted me at putting on the black zipper on my hawthorne iron Ranger. He even took the initiative to rub off much black stain from my motorcycle lifestyle. My past experience from my purchase of copper 1907 and this pair of hawthorne iron ranger had been phenomenal as well. Post sales service been great and never once got hard sell into any products that i don’t need. Highly recommended!

5 Jul 25 After wearing the Norway MOC for a day and decided to get another pair. And the ever friendly Han recommend another irresistible pair to me and got it. Hope to rotate it together with the Norway moc! Looking forward to another great purchase again!
