Many bad points about this outlet. One big problem is There is a seat just next to the counter, at the side of the wall, with a drain below the table, it gives off sewerage pungent smell, and suffocates you. If you notice the smell actually can be noticed even 3-4m away, which is about the next 2 tables.. if you breathe in this sewerage for let’s say 1 hour while enjoying your food, will there be any health issues? Starbucks should quickly fix it

we decided to stop by this starbucks for a quick pick-me-up! we got our go-to iced strawberry black tea lemonade which was delicious as always. the staff were incredibly friendly, and were very prompt in giving us our drinks! this starbucks is also very eco-friendly as they give you reusable cups if you're dining in. we would definitely recommend this starbucks!

The new manager has made the environment much less comfortable. Even when the place isn’t full, he insists that people sit together at the same table, which feels unnecessary. While we were quietly studying, he repeatedly told us what we couldn’t do instead of letting us focus. He also made comments about us leaving our bags unattended when we had just stepped away to the bathroom. It feels overly strict and unwelcoming for a space that’s meant to be relaxed.

person with glasses movements are extremely slow, just because ur not rushing doesnt mean others arent rushing, why are u taking mroe than 10min to make one drink and serving customers that ordered after us first? absolutely no sense of urgency at all, if you want to hire fnb workers make sure they know how to move with a fast pace? are you disabled or handicapped? do you have a disability where you function 2x slower than others? absolutely horrible service

Juz order a strawberry acai lemonade.... Order one Tall size for it , but when i paid get the receipt it say ... Grande 🌚 wt.... Fine , never come again this outlet 😑

Good iced Americano coffee as expected. I enjoyed it with an almond croissant. Very good. Good compatibility. Fast service and nice ambiance.

Absolutely no clue why they didn’t provide a paper bag for taking away a yoghurt but they gave me a disposable spoon for free.

Taste not the same as other shop, hope they have more trainning for the staff to make the quality as the same.

First time having Starbucks in Singapore. So my thoughts. Service was meh like mid. Staff look tired and unaccommodating. So my complaint is the blackpink drink limited edition Frappuccino drink. Its bland and tasted like plain ice except the lil chocolate under. The staff forgot to put the whip cream on. The creamy chicken is legit good, thats why its the best seller! Yeah just the drink is meh. The staff could be better. They need more training. I just miss the top notch customer service of Japan but that is a story for another time.

I came here expecting to do some quick work while I enjoy my coffee. I ended up paying $9 for a coffee that wasn't even nice and a place that has power outlets but none of them are working. What happened to Starbucks? Now I can't even charge my laptop anymore. 1 stars for this Starbucks. This ain't a Starbucks, it's just a bucks 🤡.
