Great service. Very quick and responsive even in after sales services. I forgot my invoice and they were very quick to support after many months of purchase and despite me leaving the country. Definitely recommended.

Amazing customer service! I brought in my very old phone for help to remove a cracked screen protector. The staff spent time and care removing the screen protector and did his absolute best to avoid any further damage. I offered to pay a service fee as the replacement screen protector for that phone model was not available but was turned down. Truly appreciated the honesty and kindness!

I wanted to share a positive review about the excellent support I received regarding a recent phone repair of Oppo find n5. The foldable screen stopped working. Despite the challenges of an international shipping between the continents, the assistance provided was invaluable. Walked in an hour before their closing time yesterday evening to buy a new pixel 8 pro. Walked out an hour later with my old phone traded in and the new phone fully set up, with a case and screen protector fitted, all at a very fair price. They could've rushed through the entire setup process, but they made sure everything was properly set up before I left, but not before ensuring that all my receipts and boxes were in order. An extremely pleasant experience as per usual, and this is why I keep patronising Moby shop for all my communication device needs and more

Great team working at Mobyshop, always helpful and always willing to take the time to go through the pros and cons of the devices. I dealt with a skinny middle aged gentlemen wearing specs. Was great in suggesting what phone would be suit my needs. Highly recommend anyone to come by the store to buy anything tech related, will always try to help you.

Staff were very kind, sweet and attentive throughout, very smiley as well. ☺️ Process was very relaxing, efficient and worth the price! I was served by Sandy and her head and shoulder massage was really top notch! Very experienced and warm hands. They also gave us each an eye mask as a small Christmas gift!

Sandy did my head spa & it was great! My head feels light & the shoulder massages were good too. I quite like the facial too. Highly recommend.
