Went to Orro to get a proposal ring for my then girlfriend, waited for 3 weeks before the ring was ready. Upon collection, noted there were 3 dents on the ring. Informed the staff and he suggested if i still wanted the ring despite the dents noted. I requested for a new ring and the staff again suggested that he could polish the ring. Staff tried to polish and nothing changes, i insisted that i wanted a ring replacement. Was told that I had to wait for an estimation of 3 weeks before the replacement ring will be ready. Thankfully, it was ready within 2weeks. Had to postponed my proposal plans due to this incident. In summary, the service recovery is poor. Staff should've done a quality check prior to customer's collection day. Should there be any flaws found on the ring, they should have contacted me and immediately ordered for a ring replacement rather than me having to make 2 trips down. As a luxury jewellery brand such incidences could've been dealt with better. Although it was only 3 dents, for the price paid i would expect a flawless product since my fiancee will be keeping the ring for life. Quite disappointed with the service rendered.
