Giving me some insights and opinions on what would look great on both of us Nurul was super great too! Bought a ring with her help before this and i had to come again only to see her again!! Came here because I have heard many good reviews from family and friends about the quality as well as the customer service here. Eileen (I hope I spelled your name correctly) was very patient with me and my fiancé. I am a very indecisive person overall and Eileen helped me with the selection of rings when I told her our budget and type of style. It took me a while to decide but Eileen stayed patient throughout. She even gave me her opinions on which style she thinks suits me (thank you Eileen). She even helped to ensure that the ring I chose can be paired with the wedding band. The average waiting time for the rings was 4-6 weeks which is not too bad! Definitely will recommend coming here! And will definitely be coming back for our wedding bands soon :)

I visited this branch with my daughter to get her engagement and wedding rings. We are quite pleased and delighted with the service provided by Eileen. She is incredibly patient and open to hearing us. We received a lot of advise and designs for wedding bands. Finally, she recommended the emerald design we were looking for! Went for deep cleanse scalp treatment for the first time and had a pleasant treatment. Thankful for no hard selling and Vivi, my beautician, gave great service and my hair feels nice and clean, will consider coming back again.

Avoid this place if you don’t want your relaxing full-body massage ruined by loud, repetitive, annoying noise that woke you up, leaves you feeling anxious, stressed, and unsettled. The staff dismissed my concerns, claiming they can't control it if customers choose to try the air jet service during the consultation. To top it off, they directed me to another location. Why should I be the one to move? The therapist is stationed here. And this isn’t the only issue I’ve had. What’s the point of going for a massage if it's not relaxing? This is clearly misrepresentation, and I’m requesting a refund. Updates: 19 March 2025: Customer Service did not respond nor solve my issue and made a big huge mistake thinking that I wanted to book for the noisy machine? This is deeply concerning. I requested to speak to the manager, but nobody bother to step up and speak to me. This place is a big SCAM!

Been coming here for my scalp treatment by the amazing Vivi - my scalp was able to breathe after each session and Vivi has been very helpful in explaining daily habits which helped improve the scalp condition.
