100% HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!💯 Dr Terence is the absolute best I have seen this far!. Being a sports professional myself, I have been to multiple doctors for various injuries and advice. He takes his time to explain the new technology and options available and is always catering to the patient’s needs. He provides world class service at affordable rates(student budget friendly). Anyone who needs any advice or treatment for pain should DEFINITELY give the pain relief clinic a go! I promise, you will never regret it!

Been with them since last year and signed packages with them. A sales oriented clinic. Seen the doctor only once and hv since renewed the packages a few times without any review from him and follow up after the first consult. One star for follow up by clinic. My treatment is done in International Building 9th floor. Stayed with them cos the 2 physiotherapists are awesome ie credits to Redeena and Joanne who hv helped me alot to relieve pain and strengthening my muscles. 5 star service from them. Unfortunately one has resigned and the other has gone on long leave but the clinic didnt not even bother to update me or check on the reason why I m not renewing the packages this round. Never hear from them. One star to that. The IB clinic is spartan and has no water dispenser. Asked for warm water to drink the staff said there is none and she needed to boil water with a tiny kettle first and it is meant for the staff not customers. I hv given feedback that after therapy it is beneficial to drink some water but so far nothing done abt it. Dont think it cost alot to provide such extras. I hv since resorted to bringing my own water. The place is also dusty in a few places where i placed my spectacles and personal belongings. I did give feedback and it was cleaned.

Dr Terence Tan is a great doctor. Extremely patient and knowledgeable. I have significant relief of my symptoms after consulting him and treatment. Strongly recommended!

My hubby was having neck n shoulder pain since 2018. Was recommended by dr james to The Pain Relief Clinic. After few sessions with Physiotherapist Mr Anson,my hubby hasn't experience anymore neck or shoulder pains. Mr Anson had guided him with different exercises which really help. My hubby still continue with exercises taught. I would recommend 👍👍👍👍

I felt a lot better after a few treatments at the clinic. The physiotherapist is informative and patient in explaining my condition and answering my concerns. The staffs are prompt and helpful. I will surely recommend it to family and friends.

Is a good place for pain management after my surgery. After seeing them I stopped taking tramadol Panadol. The psychotherapy is quite professional together with Dr Tan who I meet in the online conference. The pain relief help me a lot as I am having pain/numbness on my left hand and the pain move around making it hard to cure/detect. After seeing them the pain move to my neck and hopefully it will stay there as it is making it easier to cure and concentrate.

I been there for trial. Since from the moment i step in to the clinic. Talk to the therapist, and the treatment given. What i was told,the heat will penetrate deep into my shoulder. But from getting in to the clinic and till the night. I was still in pain and i don't find any hot or heat feeling. And most important, i don't think it really help. The infrared goes into your deep skin. I still think you need do massage or any other treatment to really help you on the pain. If by infrared alone, i think it doesn't help at all.wasting time and money. I don't recommend.

Whenever I get back or neck pain issues, I always go to The Pain Relief Clinic . Their therapist always going the extra mile to explain my condition in detail and coaching me on home exercises I could do to relieve the pain. After each session , I always feel so much better. Highly recommend The Pain Relief Clinic to anyone having back or neck pain issues. Thumbs up!

Dr Tan is accurate in his diagnosis and offers a variety of treatment options for patients to choose. Admin Kelly is responsive, which helps. Physios Jasmine and Stephanie are good at therapies.

- Incomplete Assessment: The assessment was brief and medications weren’t explained at all. - Unjustified Pricing: The cost didn’t align with the level of care provided. - Cleanliness Issues: Both the GP and physiotherapy areas were not clean. - Referral Concerns: The GP only referred me to his own clinic, which felt biased. Price is higher than average.
