Despite the negative reviews, I decided to use this company anyway as there seemed to be a few glowing reviews. However, I am both disappointed in their service and dissatisfied by the shoe cleaning. The pricing online is not accurate, I wanted the standard clean which was $30 online however, in the store they insisted it was $40. The website stated that the clean should be completed within 5 working days however it took them 10 working days. Once I received the shoes I was surprised to see that they barely looked liked they had been cleaned. The bottom soles were still muddy, and the top upper soles still had dirt on them. I was shocked to see that they hadn't even undone the laces to get into the nitty gritty areas. I smelt the shoes to see if any product had even been used, not even the smell of disinfectant like they use in bowling alleys. I have tried reaching out to the cleaning company directly and am unable to get through to anyone. So please take this review seriously and I would advise you to go elsewhere!

The before and after proves it all! Deep cleaning was more expensive. I had one standard cleaning and one deep cleaning at $70 for both shoes. The result is up to expectation and the staff was really nice explaining how they handled it and if we need to whiten the bottom we can go back again 👋🏼👍🏼 …

Had a very bad experience with this company. I did used their services 2 years ago and it was way better than it is now. Based on Google information opening time was 12:30-8pm, arrived at 12:30pm only to find out the store is still closed. Their opening hours are not updated, and had to go through different channels just to contact the right person. Their email gave a Malaysian WhatsApp number which then gave me a Singapore number to contact. Only from the WhatsApp did they mention their opening time is 2pm. The staff then told me the shop would be opened at 1:15pm. Overall it’s not a pleasant experience and I think their service could be better with more updated information.

Conveniently located directly when you exit the escalator from level 1. The massage therapist here provided a very good and relaxing massage and was on point for the most part of the session. Had a 60 minutes foot reflexology for $45 and at the end of it, the soreness was all gone and my feet felt really light and relaxed. The venue itself provides a cosy and relaxing ambience however the sound proofing isn't the best and can often be distracted by the noise from the shoppers outside the spa.

Peter is very skillful with the foot and back massage.. Alice is very good at customizing the different massage according to the time that you are wanted.. Calming and comfortable environment.. They even provide heated medicated bags for my neck.. It’s a bonus that this shop opens early in the morning!

My first time here and very good experience! I took the 30mins foot + 30min head & shoulder & so amazing! Price was worth it too & pressure points were amazing!

Had a wonderful 60-minute body massage! The ambience was relaxing, the therapist was skilled and attentive, and the pressure was just right. I left feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. I enjoyed the free hot stone treatment (only from 10am to 12pm). Highly recommend for a rejuvenating experience! Shall try out their foot reflexology next time.

Superb experience! The place has an amazing suite of services from massages to nail care! I had a 60 min massage with ginger oil and comfy hot stones. It was so therapeutic I went to get a foot reflexology and topped it up with callus and nail care. My therapist Alice is careful and capable. It was such a treat! 5☆

I and my wife had an amazing experience with Kelly and Leon during my 30 min foot massage and 60 min body massage combo for 2 pax. They was very professional, attentive, and had great technique. The pressure was perfect, relaxing yet effective. I felt completely refreshed and recharge after the session. The receptionist and therapist are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Dropped in for a quick 30min foot reflexology as I was in the area and needed a quick rest. Although it was only a short 30min, the massage was great - hit the sore points & good strength. The staff were friendly too and there was no “pressure selling” as well. Though space is small, it was clean and comfy. Prices were super reasonable as well considering it is located in town. Highly recommend!
