We purchased our first Rolex from Watch District at Far East Plaza. Our experience with Ms Lyn and Mr Raynor was exceptional and highly satisfying. The term “trusted dealer” is well-deserved by Watch District. The entire process and guidance were comprehensive, smooth and educational. We are confident in our purchase and enthusiastically endorse their services and expertise.

I was recently looking for a ladies’ Datejust as a gift and found that Watch District had an excellent selection in stock, so I made an appointment and stopped by. Every piece I viewed was in excellent condition with complete paperwork. The staff were patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the differences between models and answer all my questions. Once I chose one, they carefully walked me through every detail of the watch and conducted a thorough inspection, even sending photos and videos afterward for my records. Pricing was fair, and the overall experience was professional, transparent, and enjoyable.

I came from the states for 1 day of work and checked this place out for a vintage Rolex. The mall has so many stores but this one caught my eye. They have a private showroom with zero pressure, prices are fixed so no haggling. They are so professional and really take time explaining everything about the watch you are buying. They open the watch and show you serial numbers on the case, case back, and movement. They place the watch on a calibration machine to show you everything is in proper timing. I am super excited to have this vintage time piece and memorable experience. Will definitely visit again on my next trip!

Had a pleasant shopping experience with Watchdistrict! Dropped by FEP outlet the other day to take a look at some of the watches I've shortlisted from the website but ended up with a watch that Shermin recommended. She's a 💯 enabler. That being said, I didn't regret my purchase at all! Thanks to all the staff who also helped entertained my infant while l was there. It was a lovely purchase. Thank you Shermin, Raynor and the staff @ Watchdistrict!

Had a great experience from the start, mid and end of my purchase. I was served by Marcus who explained everything in detailed which was amazing. Came back to get to get another Watch authenticated and all staff Raynor, Lyn & Alethea was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I do highly recommend first time buyers to get in touch with their team that is trusted!

Amazing experience at Watch District! I recently purchased my Rolex GMT-Master II 16710 Pepsi, and I couldn’t be happier. Lyn and Aloysius were incredibly helpful throughout the process, providing expert advice and ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. They also made sure I was well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire purchase. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality watch and top-notch service!

Lyn and her team are very welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. They helped buff the scratches off my watch’s acrylic crystal even further before handing it over to me. The prices were very clear and very competitive as well. The authenticity verification process was very thorough as well. Five stars!

Special thank to Marcus for providing such a good service and also sharing all the knowledge of Rolex watches. Can feel his passion with watches. Lastly if you planning to get your luxury I will strongly recommend to visit watch district

This is the best place to buy authentic watch. They even opened up the whole watch to explain all the parts inside in details as well as doing so many tests such as water tests, pressure test and so many other tests to examine and analyse the quality of the watch that I am buying. Above all, this comprehensive services are free. I am awed. Thank you WATCH DISTRICT. My heartfelt appreciation to both the gentleman and the lady who served me. You are simply the BEST.

The entire team was patient in answering all of my enquiries. Shout out to Lyn for being my hand model as well! Will definitely recommend Watch District to my fellow friends, keep up the good work!
