I had my nails done by staff Sun, and she *was absolutely amazing* ! 🌸 She’s super gentle, patient, and really takes pride in her work. I love how detailed and creative she is — every nail turned out perfect! The whole experience was relaxing, and she made me feel so comfortable. If you’re visiting the salon, definitely ask for staff Sun — she’s truly talented and so friendly! 💅💖

⚠️ Please avoid this salon! From the moment I sat down, they kept calling me “baby” in an overly friendly way, but the whole time they were aggressively hard-selling. They kept saying “this needs +$20, that needs +$20,” and even told me my toenails had a bacterial infection that needed treatment. When I asked the price, they said it would cost $300! I refused and said I had something to do later, but they kept pushing, saying they could give me a 10% discount if I did it now. They even asked if I was a student and still continued the same pushy behavior. It was honestly exhausting. I finally gave up and said I didn’t want any nail color anymore, just a clear base coat. In the end, all I did was remove my manicure and pedicure, and they charged me $175.20. That’s insane basically daylight robbery. No wonder this place is empty even on weekends. The staff are fake and manipulative. Please don’t come here.

Wanted to do classic pedi with gel mani. Staff doing pedi was gd. Staff doing my mani was very irritating. Keep pushing for nail treatment despite my countless rejections. Came to a pt i had to tell her to stop, that my no means no. i end up not doing a gel mani, just get a clear top coat and wanted to leave as quickly as possible. Do not recommend this branch. Not a relaxing exp at all.
