Customer service was not a priority here. Not a single staff member approached me to offer assistance or even acknowledge my presence. I was hoping someone would help me find the right size. Unfortunately, the staff seemed only interested in serving one group of foreigners. Not to mention all core sizes are out of stock based on the label I saw.

Shopped here for some vegan sandals. Glad a few are available although not in my desired colors. Loved the experience and the store personnel was kind to assist me with the models and colors I was looking for in vegan options. It wasn’t so busy on a weekday and my transaction was quite smooth.

Despite how much you wanna buy the item, I suggest you buy it from other outlets. If you ladies (staff) think that I do not know what you’re talking about in tagalog, you would be surprised.

Just been to the paragon store. It was a great experience even tho the shoes size I wanted wasn’t available. Mary Izian and Aziq were superb, very attentive and made every effort to check for size at other outlets. They understood customer service and make every effort to help. Thank you you 3
