It is a very good cordial invitation to view the new collection and designs from Prada Patgon by Ms Gemma who is a manager. A very lively personality woman who provides service excellence to her clients on dressing them up to the style, I am so happy and feel blessed to have a great sales person who builds such great relationship with me... and anybody who wishes to look for iconic timeless stuff in Prada should ask for her...love her remarkable service and great patience with me

I recently visited the Prada store at Paragon Singapore to service the zipper on my bag. While the zippers are perfectly functional, they don’t zip smoothly and occasionally get stuck. However, the salesperson immediately suggested replacing the entire zipper without even checking if a minor service or adjustment could resolve the issue. To my surprise, the replacement cost was quoted at over $200 (without the exact amount). I find this approach very unsustainable, especially coming from a luxury brand like Prada. When I suggested that the zipper be serviced instead of replaced, the salesperson seemed annoyed. I do expect better customer service and a more thoughtful, sustainable approach from a brand of this caliber. Disappointed with the experience. Let me know if you’d like any changes!

Absolutely terrible staff. They scoff at you if you try something and want to think about it. I caught a staff member saying something under his breath - avoid like the plague!

Even in hard times, they never cut back on their service staff. The staff are really polite and nice and attentive, even if you don't buy anything, the staff still offer advise and also provided product knowledge on the boutique items. Very professional. Surely a place I would recommend my friends to come to do their shopping.

Bought a denim jacket in july, came 6 weeks later. Guess it will come faster if i ordered online. The SA calli chua didn’t include the spare buttons despite telling me she has already put the spare buttons in the bag. Little things like this reflect much integrity. The other staffs in the branch cant be bothered to serve and were rude.

Too many staffs in the shop and all are useless, service knowledge is subpar. Prada should re-look to hire and equipped staff with knowledge on Prada’s material, quality and after use issues.
