We're happy with my friends to have a tea/ coffee break during Sunday afternoon..but it's been hot in few months..thanks to Chong and colleagues for friendly services

Always happy to stay here on a sunday afternoon with friends. Chong also is mostly a constant feature for us as he either mans the till or makes our coffe. Have been a little hot the past few months would appreciate if management addresses this

Don’t eat here unless you want to get pissed off. I came to buy a kaya butter set. The one take my order didnt even hang me a receipt. Other than that, the auntie in the behind supposed to do the toast for me didnt even bother to make my toast but rather than “organizing” her butter slide. I was the ONLY customer to buy and wait there. She still didnt do my toast until she realized I was still standing there for the whole time. Then again, she very chill doing the toast and guess what, she made it wrongly. Then, I have to wait like 15 mins just for the damn toast. And when I can finally enjoy my toast, guess what, they only put the butter???? where’s the hell is my kaya???? omg it’s 7.30 for the damn set and not even make it right. Wasting money, time, and my anger to this lousy stall. Please stay away this Toast Box Wisma!!!!!!

Terrible service, food and atmosphere. Long queue and the staff really got attitude. The tea and coffee tasted 90% water 5%coffee and 5% sugar. I thought there should be a standard ratio or protocol for each coffee process so the taste will almost be similar with different branches. We also mentioned its dining in but still put the coffee in a plastic cup. If they don’t have a serving cup, they should have mentioned it or probably put a signage that all orders will be in a paper cup. Overall, I’ve never had a ridiculous experience in toastbox other than this one.

It is very disheartening after seeing low reviews at this place. Because unlike the others, I was impressed not only by the food but also the service at Toast Box. The staff are warm, attentive, and quick to help, even when the cafe gets busy. The welcoming vibe makes me want to return again and again.

Shut it down. This place is absolutely filthy. All the tables were dirty and they don't give you tissues. After I finished eating, I noticed some water dripping onto my table. To my horror, the water was dripping from the air con vent covered in black mold. Just shut it down.

Staff who took my order was very friendly and service was great. Sweet potato fries was crispy, hot and fluffy on the inside. Chicken was juicy but a tad too much chilli powder 😂 overall love it

The food here is great but assigning the slowest person to prepare the food who seemed very confused at her job, is business suicide (ie cut the xxl chicken, sprinkle seasoning on fried food). Said person was extremely extremely slow during peak hour at 730pm on 12 May. I waited >30 mins for 1 xxl chicken though I was just 5 queue numbers away, when I ordered the item. The fried chicken had been fried way in advance and was left on the side as she was extremely slow in preparing the orders. First time I have encountered this, which aresulted in me having a chicken that wasn’t warm at all when I collected my order.

Sweet plum potato fries totally no sour plum taste 🤦🏻‍♀️but I buy from other outlets have sour plum taste , I think can put more sour plum powder

Poor attitude and poor customer service from this staff. When i was ordering, he key-ed in the item i ordered without asking me if i want chilli, so i told him i want chilli, he start slamming the screen and cash box as if i was in a wrong. Ridiculous rude fella
