Dr Mark has been go-to person ever since I started my potenza and picosure pro for acne scar treatment. He kept me assured and does not over promise, which I find is very important to patients like myself. Very patient and gentle as always. Not forgetting the clinic assistants (there were quite a few who attended me; Hui Jun, Janice...just to name a few) who are equally professional.

Only one hairdresser is consistent cut after cut. The others either rush through the cut in two minutes or don't know how to do a clean layered cut.

My family often go to this QB Premium cos of consistently good haircut. Tonight, 23/7, a new guy cut my son's hair. At first, he cut it roundly and it was so ugly. My son asked him to just do a No. 1 shave. He cut it so unevenly! After 45 mins of fixing it, my son's hair was so uneven and badly cut. He just left with an uneven hair. We had to let someone fix it. Never had we such a bad experience before!!! The reason we go to Premium and willing to pay more so that it won't be a quick and bad haircut from inexperienced stylists. I hope management will look into this and not assign inexperienced stylists to Premium outlets. We are seriously not going back there anymore. If I can give a negative review here, I would!

Service downgrade when relocated to level 12. Waiting time can be more than 1 hour for normal dental service. Waiting alone there like idiot while all patient left. Still waiting. There is many 15 minutes to wait. Can come if don’t mind waiting.

I have been to Regina since their outlet at Suntec city. After that they opened a new outlet at 313 and is more convenient for me. Their customer service is good and they are very friendly. Emily was a very nice and caring, she will keep on checking on me if I'm alright. Thank you Emily. Highly recommended to those have trouble on hair removal. Their service is good!

The staff was very professional. They took their time to thoroughly explain the procedure and also checked if we may have any issues (eg medical conditions) that may cause issues. The whole process was very quick, would recommend.

I have been a regular customer of Regina since 2013 before they moved to 313. Excellent service provided by the staffs at 313 outlet, always felt welcomed whenever i visit. They wasn’t pushy nor hard selling makes you feel comfortable to return. And of course the results are obvious and great too!
