I was going to buy a vaga cap, but the fit is a little different and some have uneven prints. I asked to look through new pieces but I was told I could not look through the bunch, she just handed me one cap and keep the rest. She said I was not allowed to try the rest already cos it’s new and white.
I don’t think it was really nice to not let me confirm a size of a $69 cap. Sorry but I feel the aunty didn’t really connect well to a runner as we can be quite particular about fit and comfort when choosing our gear.
Only giving 2 stars to the guy who was nice to me. But sadly was served by the aunties first so I walked out instead… 😕

It was a busy day due to race pack collection for Pocari Sweat. Granted that the staff was manning store alone and the store was packed. Wanted to try a pair of shoe but was met with a lackluster attitude from staff. Off putting experience and didn’t really want to continue with the purchase of shoe.

Disappointed with the service. The auntie working here seemed like she had no energy or interest in helping customers. When I approached her to ask about promotions, her expression said it all she just replied, “Yeah, have some only,” with no effort to explain further. Moments later, a Caucasian customer walked in and she immediately rushed over to assist them. It was disheartening to witness.
I’ve been shopping here since before the renovation and always liked the previous staff they were friendlier and more helpful.
One positive note: there was an uncle who approached me while I was browsing and kindly let me know I could try the items on if I wanted. I appreciated that small gesture.
I hope the management can better train the staff to at least inform customers clearly about ongoing promotions or discounted items.

Buyer beware: I bought 2 of the older model 2XU compression shorts (MA1933b) that were on sale online, but the boxes and product tags were speckled with yellow coloured mold. I don't think these shorts were stored well. The product listing did not disclose their condition either. Seller has a no replacement policy for sale items and and I believe they were on sale for a reason.

Disappointing Customer Service - Believe the Reviews
I recently purchased some items at the Key Power Sports atrium sale at Novena but, due to the disorganised and messy display, I checked out with the wrong size. When I realised the mistake, I returned just four hours later to request a simple exchange for the exact same item in the correct size.
To my disappointment, the staff immediately declined, citing an “atrium policy” that does not allow exchanges. While I understand that policies exist, what stood out was the way my request was handled. I asked if they could check with their manager, as I believed a policy set by management should also allow for discretion in genuine cases. However, the staff (Celine) refused, stating they “cannot call the boss for every little thing.”
When I pointed out that policies should ideally be flexible for reasonable customer requests, the response was unexpectedly defensive. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the staff raised their voice and made an unnecessary comparison, saying that even employees at other stores don’t know their boss. This remark was not only irrelevant but also dismissive.
Beyond the poor customer service, the atrium itself was cluttered and disorganised, making it difficult for customers to browse efficiently. Instead of assisting customers or tidying up, the staff stood around, seemingly uninterested in improving the shopping experience. A well-managed sale should not only have clear policies but also an inviting setup and proactive service that encourages customers to return.
There are many negative reviews about Key Power Sports. After this experience, I now see that the reviews speak for themselves. Believe them. I will not be supporting Key Power Sports again, and I will be sure to let those around me know not to purchase from them either.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their customer service and the way they run their atrium sales. A little effort in organisation, staff training, and basic customer care would make a huge difference, and in turn bring the business more sales, happy sales.

Very wide range of brands and products available here for different sports from running to basketball and more. Some of my favorite brands can be found here. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Thumbs up!

First of all big shout out to Khalid who not only assisted me with the fitting but advise me on what to get and what not, unlike a lot of retailers who push whatever they can for the sake of selling. Appreciate that! I was coming in hoping to bag a pair of HOKA, but ended up walking out with a pair of XStep carbon-plated running shoes (half the price of Nike hehe) excited to try them!

Kudos to young guy called Sasi who helped me through the pain and time of buying a pair of cross training shoes that could accommodate my bunions, some weeks ago. He took the time to explain which would work for me, pluses and minuses, and got that I just wanted it in black. I’m loving my new shoes!

Great store, great service staff. Had exactly what I needed (Nathan water vest) and helpfully put it aside until I could come and collect later in the day. I didn't get the name of the chap serving but he was great.

Paragon branch. Well stocked location, got my Altra Lone Peak 6s from here.
I had a wonderful encounter with one of their staff, his name is Yap. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable not only about the products but also running in general. He shared brief stories of his marathon days in SG, HK, TH, MY and also his joy for trail running. For someone that's only starting with my first half-marathon it was truly wonderful to hear from someone with his breath and depth of experience. Thank you, Yap!
