Every visit at the 313 outlet is a very pleasant experience. The staff is accommodating even though I just walk in without appointment. They are attentive to the needs of customers and do not hard sell. Greatly appreciate the good service.

Time is 12:10 on a Sunday and i’m wondering why is the queue so slow. Saw two staff having their lunch break, another two manning the service area. Got my set and sat down, had a feeling they were going to forget my toast. They didnt disappoint, really forgot. Not a word of apology. Not surprised really, this is the service standard expected at most places now. And Gen Y and Z wondering why we are giving them a hard time. Gotta learn one way or another yes?

Excellent Food , Quality Service from the Staff and has a very nice ambience.

We always go for Toastbox for the Teh C and we are willing to pay premium for it. Today's cup really taste worse than a Coffeeshop tea at 1/2 the price. Bitter, wrong water proportion. Pretty bad customer service too, when we went back to ask for some water to dilute it. Brewer says cannot add water. Time to change the brewer. Can I have a refund? Toastbox HQ please pay attention.

One of the worst toastbox, lousy and rude service. Ordered a slice of banana cake and was not given a fork. When approached the staff for it, the auntie was just standing there doing nothing and shouted “it’s there! Take it yourself!” Blatantly rude. She was not even doing anything - just people watching yet can’t even help the customer with a single fork. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Nice KAYA toast The kaya toast of toast box has an additive taste. If you are tourist in SG, i would recommend to eat in the morning as a breakfast.

Most happy to spend coffee break here with friends @toastbox..a nice place specially if u will add some variaty of pastries/bread.

Service was bad.. please improve on it. There’s two guys in the morning shift on 23rd Nov. Wasn’t given spoon so I asked for it, it was hidden underneath which can be overlooked. I just wonder why can’t they help customers to put the spoon when serving the eggs. Usually the other Toast Box outlets do that. They also don’t look happy doing their job. Coffee is super bitter which is unlike all the Toast Box I went. Thankfully the toast is still good.

Don’t eat here unless you want to get pissed off. I came to buy a kaya butter set. The one take my order didnt even hang me a receipt. Other than that, the auntie in the behind supposed to do the toast for me didnt even bother to make my toast but rather than “organizing” her butter slide. I was the ONLY customer to buy and wait there. She still didnt do my toast until she realized I was still standing there for the whole time. Then again, she very chill doing the toast and guess what, she made it wrongly. Then, I have to wait like 15 mins just for the damn toast. And when I can finally enjoy my toast, guess what, they only put the butter???? where’s the hell is my kaya???? omg it’s 7.30 for the damn set and not even make it right. Wasting money, time, and my anger to this lousy stall. Please stay away this Toast Box Wisma!!!!!!
