I never had a problem ordering Shihlin before but on 03 April 2025, I ordered the XXL chicken value set and noticed the portion of the chicken was significantly smaller than past orders. The sweet plums fries aren't as sweet either, they are quite bland. Additionally, the cashier answered a personal phone call while I was paying, causing a delay.

Using the coupon $5.90 to redeem. The century egg is so little. If $7.50... i will go hungry.

Staff who took my order was very friendly and service was great. Sweet potato fries was crispy, hot and fluffy on the inside. Chicken was juicy but a tad too much chilli powder 😂 overall love it

The food here is great but assigning the slowest person to prepare the food who seemed very confused at her job, is business suicide (ie cut the xxl chicken, sprinkle seasoning on fried food). Said person was extremely extremely slow during peak hour at 730pm on 12 May. I waited >30 mins for 1 xxl chicken though I was just 5 queue numbers away, when I ordered the item. The fried chicken had been fried way in advance and was left on the side as she was extremely slow in preparing the orders. First time I have encountered this, which aresulted in me having a chicken that wasn’t warm at all when I collected my order.

Sweet plum potato fries totally no sour plum taste 🤦🏻‍♀️but I buy from other outlets have sour plum taste , I think can put more sour plum powder

Poor attitude and poor customer service from this staff. When i was ordering, he key-ed in the item i ordered without asking me if i want chilli, so i told him i want chilli, he start slamming the screen and cash box as if i was in a wrong. Ridiculous rude fella

2 of us shared the Collagen Ginseng Soup and since the sides are free top, we managed to eat till pretty full still. The soup is very homely taste and very comforting. Enjoyed it! The fried pan cake goes really well with the dipping sauce. So I’ll recommend that as well. Overall a good meal! Remember to scan the QR to secure your queue, then go shopping while waiting for them to call you.

I m pretty amazed by the food. I would give a 4 star but due to their tip top service esp the manager super attentive n even go the extra mile by giving us some ginseng to add into the soup some side dish to try for free. Truly appreciated him making an effort to make thgs so prefect giving me n my frenz such a wonderful first time experience so unforgettable. Thank u so much. We had the beauty Samgyetang soup 10/10, tender chicken so flavourful soup w the glutinous texture rice , on mine. That was heavenly 😍 The Minari pancake 9/10, super love it too. Perfect w the sauce 🤤 Dried deep fried fish 5/10,. Alittle sweet, not to my liking. Overall rating 9.5/10.

Food and service and atmosphere made the wait completely worthwhile. It felt like an authentic Korean experience — the chicken was incredibly tender, the rice perfectly sticky and chewy. The side dishes were spot on. I also appreciated the quality serviettes and towels, which made the dining experience even more comfortable. Service was prompt, and everything was just so pleasant. Splendid. Highly recommended.

We waited about an hour to get a table, but the food was worth it. The Perilla Seed Samgyetang was my favourite — rich, comforting, and very flavourful. The Collagen Herbal and Hangover soups were also tasty in their own ways. Chicken was tender, the broth wasn’t too salty, and overall the meal felt very hearty. Service was polite and the place has a cosy atmosphere. Would come back again, especially on a rainy day.
