I really liked this outlet due to the location. Also I do not have high expectations as this is a quick cut barber shop. However, I had a really bad experience today. I felt that the cut was very rush (quicker than the usual quick cut) and was very shock by how short my hair turned out to be... i.e. She had rushed thr 3-4 customers while her other 2 colleagues were still working on their 1st customer.. No choice, would have to wait for a month for my hair to grow out.

Had a haircut yesterday in less than 5 mins at QB premium. Asked for layers. The hairdresser picked up a huge chunk of my hair and just proceeded to “layer” it. All in one go. The layering for the back of my hair was done in 2 quick snipes. Never have a hairdresser do that to my hair before. Needless to say that back of my hair has uneven. She only proceeded to relayer the hair after I requested for a better layering. As a female customer, we pay more but there is less detail to attention as compared to the male clients when they cut our hair. I’ve had a trim at QB house City Hall before and the cut was great but this outlet is bad. I don’t recommend female customers getting a trim at QB house premium after this experience. The hairdresser was a young lady with a pony tail. Avoid her at all cost.

Used to visit this place to get my hair trimmed, and it was great. But I visited yesterday, and it was bad. The male hairdresser didnt spray water to make sure that my hair was straighter before cutting, and when he was cutting the hair near to my face/ears, he didnt even pull it down to cut it, to make sure its the same length as the back. When I told him, he said that he did pull (erm, I can see what you're doing..) And he didnt even blow my hair when the service says "cut & blow" I left with an uneven haircut :( Terrible, and very disappointed to be paying $24 for a half-assed job.

My family often go to this QB Premium cos of consistently good haircut. Tonight, 23/7, a new guy cut my son's hair. At first, he cut it roundly and it was so ugly. My son asked him to just do a No. 1 shave. He cut it so unevenly! After 45 mins of fixing it, my son's hair was so uneven and badly cut. He just left with an uneven hair. We had to let someone fix it. Never had we such a bad experience before!!! The reason we go to Premium and willing to pay more so that it won't be a quick and bad haircut from inexperienced stylists. I hope management will look into this and not assign inexperienced stylists to Premium outlets. We are seriously not going back there anymore. If I can give a negative review here, I would!

Fantastic place! Always regularly come here for my cuts, friendly people, and short wait times. Intuitive app for waiting, just scan a QR code to get into the line, no need to physically wait there. Definitely would come here again and again!

Barber was mediocre despite a simple haircut request. No different skills-wise than a normal QB House branch.

I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience. I have always appreciated the quality of your barbers, especially Chester and Amiko, and I make it a point to travel from Jurong just to have my haircut with them. However, on my last visit, I arrived at 8:10 pm, well within your stated closing time of 9 pm, only to be refused service despite the website indicating a 9 pm closing. When I asked if I could still be attended to, my request was declined, which was quite disappointing given my prior positive experiences and the time I arrived.

Chester is truly a master of his craft! I've been getting my hair done by him for a while now, and every visit is a fantastic experience. He listens carefully to what I want, gives great recommendations, and always delivers a perfect cut and style. His attention to detail and skill are unmatched, and I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. Beyond his talent, Chester is also incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole experience enjoyable. If you're looking for a hairstylist who consistently does an amazing job, I highly recommend Chester!
