Have been coming here since Aug 2020 for my PicoSure treatments and recently I tried their Hydra Facial! The whole process was so soothing and calming I fell asleep halfway through and woke up with literally, glowing skin! 10/10 would recommend!

I am so pleased with the results give by The Artisan Wellness. Having a dull, dark with pores and wrinkles skin. Finally, I have achieved a perfect smooth skin and brighter complexion. will definitely recommend all my friends to this clinic.

Came back for my 2nd session and had the pleasure of being assisted by Dr Mark and Adeline. Dr Mark was really patient with my endless enquiries as I was worried regarding some aspects of the treatments, specifically the long term consumption of Finastride, however Dr Mark welcomed all my enquiries during the administering of the treatment. That definitely made for a pleasant experience. Staff assistant Adeline was friendly and I liked that made she made her best efforts to reassure me on the efficacies of the treatment by sharing past cases. I had also troubled her to take pictures of my present to compare with the past which she kindly did. Overall a really good experience with the clinic.

Long hair lady at 313 somerset outlet rushed through my cut, leaving me with hair that was WAY shorter than expected. Had a much better experience at the JEM outlet but this is simply unacceptable for the $18 asking price. I’ve already see. many horrible reviews on the same long hair lady after looking through the reviews to root out the issue behind such a terrible haircut, and it seems pretty obvious that this long hair lady is mediocre.

I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience. I have always appreciated the quality of your barbers, especially Chester and Amiko, and I make it a point to travel from Jurong just to have my haircut with them. However, on my last visit, I arrived at 8:10 pm, well within your stated closing time of 9 pm, only to be refused service despite the website indicating a 9 pm closing. When I asked if I could still be attended to, my request was declined, which was quite disappointing given my prior positive experiences and the time I arrived.

I really liked this outlet due to the location. Also I do not have high expectations as this is a quick cut barber shop. However, I had a really bad experience today. I felt that the cut was very rush (quicker than the usual quick cut) and was very shock by how short my hair turned out to be... i.e. She had rushed thr 3-4 customers while her other 2 colleagues were still working on their 1st customer.. No choice, would have to wait for a month for my hair to grow out.

I had an amazing experience with Chester! He is not only a skilled hairdresser but also really understands what works best for men's styles. He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave great suggestions to enhance the look. The haircut was precise and exactly what I hoped for. Friendly service and attention to detail make him stand out. Highly recommend Chester if you're looking for a top-notch haircut

Had a haircut yesterday in less than 5 mins at QB premium. Asked for layers. The hairdresser picked up a huge chunk of my hair and just proceeded to “layer” it. All in one go. The layering for the back of my hair was done in 2 quick snipes. Never have a hairdresser do that to my hair before. Needless to say that back of my hair has uneven. She only proceeded to relayer the hair after I requested for a better layering. As a female customer, we pay more but there is less detail to attention as compared to the male clients when they cut our hair. I’ve had a trim at QB house City Hall before and the cut was great but this outlet is bad. I don’t recommend female customers getting a trim at QB house premium after this experience. The hairdresser was a young lady with a pony tail. Avoid her at all cost.

Fantastic place! Always regularly come here for my cuts, friendly people, and short wait times. Intuitive app for waiting, just scan a QR code to get into the line, no need to physically wait there. Definitely would come here again and again!
