Had a fantastic experience at The Hour Glass Paragon boutique in Singapore. I was warmly welcomed and had a great catch-up with Jezz Low, who was genuinely passionate about watches and took the time to show me everything I was interested in. The service felt personal and professional, and it made the whole visit truly enjoyable. I will definitely come back more times and I highly recommend the boutique to serious collectors!

The Hour Glass at Paragon Mall may be small in size, but it’s packed with Haute Horology heavyweights. From Trilobe, Urwerk, MB&F, F.P. Journe, to De Bethune. Too many pieces, too little wrist time. Customer service was exceptionally warm and professional, which always makes the experience even better. Of course, you’ve got to have a decent collector profile. Ask about F.P. Journe too early and you might just hear, “no stock.” 😂 On a brighter note, shoutout to Ben for registering me for the Élégante 48mm. Fingers crossed. Maybe I’ll finally get my hands on one when I hit 50!

Just added a Trilobe Nuit Fantastique with a grain green dial to the collection and what an amazing experience it was 🤩 A huge thank you to Alvin Ker for the pleasant, awesome and joyful service. He’s incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and I loved how he took the time to share the stories, history and technical details behind each brand as we walked through the boutique. His passion for watches is infectious. His colleague, Jason also joined in, and the conversation with both of them was so engaging and enjoyable. I also had the chance to try on a Konstantin Chaykin, and it looked really good, fun and cool. Such a unique piece that definitely stood out. To top it off, Alvin even gave me a new watch pouch for my Tudor since I couldn’t wait to wear the Trilobe on the spot. Such a thoughtful touch . Can’t wait to be back for my next independent watch from here. Highly recommend this boutique if you love fine timepieces and top-notch service.

Had a chance to visit The Hour Glass in Paragon mall. Jason in the store is very kind and not hesitate to share much information about watch brands they carry and also insights based on his own experiences. The store environment is nice and comfortable. If you are also interesting in independent watch brands, it’s absolutely worthy to pay a visit.

Had a great experience with Ivan Goh, who shared genuinely insightful perspectives while I was trying the Trilobe Nuit Fantastique and Ressence Type 9. His knowledge of independent watchmakers and the design philosophies behind these pieces made the visit especially meaningful. Even though I was only exploring options for a future addition to my collection, Ivan was patient, engaging, and clearly passionate about the craft. I left with a much clearer direction for my next watch and will definitely be back when the time comes.

A retail shop should provide good quality customer service. This is the most important thing when operating a retail shop. Me and my wife walked in thinking of purchasing sneakers for us and our child. We was inside for almost 10 mins and no one was there to serve us. All we can see is the staffs you all hired are just standing there chit chatting and laughing with each other. Not automatically serving any customers who is coming in to the shop. What’s the worst? When we enquire about any other sizes of the shoe, one of your staff can just answer us that all size displayed is there. Full of disappointment, we left the shop straight. Don’t really recommend although it’s such a popular branding store.

Dont,t go this this store !!! This was my first time having bad experience in a shoes store. The malay guy staff with tattoo was really rude!! He’S really rude and not polite, and he yelled at me. Also he slammed the shoe box on the counter table. I don’t know why the manager doesnt train the staffs really well although there were a lot of complaints about his store.

The team at Somerset was excellent !!!! I bought the wrong size online & did an exchange in Somerset 313 outlet. The sales team validated the online order, made multiple calls to other stores to redirect the stock. It took 1 day for the stock to be redirected. Really appreciate the help and service rendered. The experience was so solid until i bought a pair of Jordan 6 Super Thanks !!!!

Excellent customer service and helped me pick the shoe for my own needs

Visited today. The angmoh-looking sale person in white polo t-shirt at 313 store served me well. He was helpful at helping me find my shoe size and provided me socks upon request to try the shoes on. He was courteous and friendly. Thank you for your service.
