We had a great experience here! The portion sizes are generous, and the service is attentive and friendly. We especially enjoyed the Shanghai dumplings — perfectly juicy and flavorful. The new sesame scallion pastry is a delicious addition to the menu. Even my kid loved everything, which says a lot. Definitely worth a visit!

Familiar flavours of Xiao long bao, skin was thin and filling was sufficient with soup. The dim sum dishes were well executed, radish pastry and Shanghai char siew pastry buns were nicely done. The Shanghai sheng jian bao was thick and doughy more like a regular bao though. Service was excellent.

We visited the Paradise Dynasty at Wisma. We ordered poached chicken, braised duck, pork dumpling, cheese Xiao long bao, snow fungus peach, and aloe Vera osmanthus. As always, all dishes are delicious. In fact, we dine here quite often.

I visited Paradise Dynasty today and was quite disappointed with the dining experience. Although the restaurant was not busy, we still had to wait around 30 minutes for my food to be served. My family’s dishes arrived much earlier, but mine was only served much later. When I asked your staff, a lady named Theo, about the La Mian Marbled Beef, she told me the beef was stir-fried first before cooking and her response came across as rather impatient and dismissive. It gave me the impression that my question was not welcomed, even though I was simply trying to clarify how the dish was prepared. Do boiled noodles need to be stir-fried? As a customer, I believe it’s reasonable to ask such questions about the food. I hope the team can take this feedback constructively to improve future service interactions.
