The male chinese staff was very very rude. I was asking him for popular picks and recommendations, this male staff rudely say, "what your type?" So i responded, i dont know much about shoes, i might need your help. he responded "ya, i need to know what type you like", so i told him i have arc foot, he responded "see, this is the kind that i need to know" and he wasnt even speaking in a nice tone if not i would have let it go and picked anyone myself. With his constant sacarstic tone, and bad service i rather spent my money elsewhere which i bought a $289 shoe from a neighbour store to the right. I visited on 8 june, around 2pm. Feel free to check your schedule to see who that fella is. All the best to that branch.

Last week, I ordered the New Balance 991v2 from their website. When the shoes arrived, I was disappointed to find mold marks on them. I reached out to their customer service team, shared my concerns and included an img of the sneakers. They responded immediately and sent me a replacement pair the very next day, no questions asked. Even better, they told me I could keep the original pair despite the imperfections. I'm really impressed and pleased by their quick and thoughtful customer service. I've been a fan of their sneaker collection and nice themed physical shops for years and it's clear they continue to value the community. After almost two decades of serving sneaker lovers islandwide they still stands out. Highly recommend

I went down today (19 June) at 313 Somerset to exchange a pair of Nike Air Max that I bought online as the size was small. Kudos to this slim Chinese male staff (with tattoos) who patiently and diligently checked on the spare sizes and advised on the fitting type of the shoes. I’m not sure about the other staff but this guy is a gem!

Visited today. The angmoh-looking sale person in white polo t-shirt at 313 store served me well. He was helpful at helping me find my shoe size and provided me socks upon request to try the shoes on. He was courteous and friendly. Thank you for your service.

Good range of shoe models and discounted pieces which lets you get a great deal. But service was terrible. Staff was so reluctant to serve when approached for shoe size. They are all trying to “act cool” not giving any kind of customer service. Felt like I owe them a business or something for stepping into the store. To the owner who is reading this - pls train them up on how to provide good service . You’re losing potential business from sneakerheads.

The team at Somerset was excellent !!!! I bought the wrong size online & did an exchange in Somerset 313 outlet. The sales team validated the online order, made multiple calls to other stores to redirect the stock. It took 1 day for the stock to be redirected. Really appreciate the help and service rendered. The experience was so solid until i bought a pair of Jordan 6 Super Thanks !!!!

My first time visit store the design so cool and lot of nice shoes, the staff name islm so friendly with a 100% good service and help me to do tax free thank you
