First time I eat at this branch,first I see laksa is a delicious food,after order I request to add a bit more grave,in the ends I gets a bowl of spicy oil..the staff throw black face to me

This nasi padang stall charged me $1.2 despite me not ordering any rice. When I asked, they said with or without rice they still charge. What a nonsense. That’s on top of their already very expensive dishes. Even an egg cost $1.8. Food taste not even better than hawker outside. Will not patronise them ever again.

I bought Korean ramen from the Korea stall, and honestly, it was disappointing. The noodles were extremely bland even after adding extra kimchi, there was barely any flavor. On top of that, the noodles were hard and unpleasant to eat. I would highly NOT recommend this.

Please avoid 手打柠檬茶，tasteless but cost at $4.6. Just take out from fridge and serve you immediately. Better going for chi cha san qian or bubble tea.

On the top floor of Somerset Mall is a food center with lots of options for a meal. Its like a hawker center but more organized inside a mall. Food Republic is way more comfortable and easier way to get a good meal if you are in the area. Price points is a bit higher compared to a hawker center but cheaper than restaurants in the mall. They have a centralized station where you can purchase your drinks as all the stalls only sell food. Digital payment is preferred around here. Lots of seating area, some are clean and well... some are not. Maintenance issues, some tables are broken but thankfully there are lots of options available. If you like a huge variety of food to choose from especially if you have a huge group, this is a good option for you to have a meal.

I was impressed by both the quality and value of the food. My plate, pictured here, came with a soup for only S$6.80. The staff was friendly and attentive. I found plenty of options suitable for Western tastes. Just a heads-up: the chili spice is very potent, so use it sparingly! The atmosphere is a bit like a cafeteria, and you'll need to grab your drink from a different counter. Despite that, the experience was great, and I would definitely recommend it and plan to go back.

Love the open concept and the fact that it’s right next to a cow play cow moo arcade :) Food is generally on the pricier side for normal food court food given it’s in the Central area, but also delicious! For $7.50 I ate the Creamy Salted Egg Chicken with rice from the Mini wok stall and it was definitely worth it. Unfortunately service wise I noticed dirty tables all around and the tray return area was packed, only having a few spaces left for me to return my tray. Definitely needs work on that aspect.

I visited this food court last week on a Wednesday. The Fried Hokkien Mee I ordered was good, but I've had better ones elsewhere. Due to the location being in 313 Somerset, you can expect to pay a premium price. But whether the food is of premium quality is a hit and miss. Some stalls are really worth the high prices, others not so much. It's a good place to fill your tummy while shopping in Orchard Road, but as with every other food courts in this part of town, the prices are expectedly high.
