Had a bad experience with this store. Wanted to test out and compare some open back headphones which I was not familiar with. They had some headphones on display and I requested to test out one of them. Perhaps I did not pronounce the name of the headphone properly, but I got a "HUH?" as a response from the sales associate (chinese, perhaps late 20s to early 30s, have earring). Subsequently, I asked for 2 other headphones to try. The sales associate was very unfriendly and acted like it was a chore to get and prepare the headphones. Not sure if it was because the sales associate simply couldn't be bothered, or that he was arrogant and felt that I was too much of a beginner to explain anything to me. I will not be purchasing from this store. Very disappointed.

Never disappointed, bringing amazing deals and quality products, the service by the team defined how customer service should be in Singapore. Bought a Sennhesier M4, my buddy and myself really took our time to try test several IEMs and he settled with a M4 and a Sony M9. Details were never spared and we are delighted with the purchase. KUDOS again, well done.

She even shares her knowledge on different earbuds when I told her what was looking for. Had a pleasant and great experience but of course some damage to the wallet.
