Bought a Sennhesier M4, my buddy and myself really took our time to try test several IEMs and he settled with a M4 and a Sony M9. Details were never spared and we are delighted with the purchase. Highly recommend!!! I bought my earbuds here after I've visited 3 other places. They all had earbuds that I was interested but how could I decide which one to buy without trying? Why even bother going to a physical store when I can easily scroll online and have things delivered to my doorstep? Had a bad experience with this store. Wanted to test out and compare some open back headphones which I was not familiar with. They had some headphones on display and I requested to test out one of them. Perhaps I did not pronounce the name of the headphone properly, but I got a "HUH?" as a response from the sales associate (chinese, perhaps late 20s to early 30s, have earring). Subsequently, I asked for 2 other headphones to try. The sales associate was very unfriendly and acted like it was a chore to get and prepare the headphones. Not sure if it was because the sales associate simply couldn't be bothered, or that he was arrogant and felt that I was too much of a beginner to explain anything to me. I will not be purchasing from this store. Very disappointed.

the last time I came here was over a year ago and I had to make a return trip because my IEM’s kit wire was wearing out due to wear-and-tear.
walked in to consider a IEM wire replacement.
walked out with the wire replacement + silicon buds to replace the foam buds that were dead and wireless earbuds.
alicia and roger were the duo that attended to my questions and requests to try on different earbuds. shoutout to them for the great service.
I’m grateful that every time I have visited this store, it’s always been great because staff are proactive in simply finding out if someone has browsing wants to check something out or if they just want to browse, all without a hard sell.

Have a wonderful experience at connect it. Alicia was patience and I got all the time to test out the Bose earbuds. Very knowledgeable and also shared with me on how many earbuds she owned! Wow!
