Cow Play Cow Moo at 313 Somerset operates Singapore's self-proclaimed largest arcade across an expansive fifth-floor space at #05-05, 313 Orchard Road. This family-friendly entertainment venue features a sprawling collection of shooting games, multi-player games, coin pushing games, ball games, and claw machines (UFO catchers), creating a comprehensive arcade experience that appeals to both children and adults seeking active entertainment.
The arcade's ticket redemption system allows players to accumulate points from various games and exchange them for prizes from what Cow Play Cow Moo describes as Asia's biggest collection of epic prizes. This prize selection differentiates the arcade from casual game centers, offering rewards substantial enough to make gameplay feel worthwhile beyond pure entertainment value. The combination of skill games and chance-based attractions provides varied experiences across different player preferences and skill levels.
Located on the same level as Food Republic food court, Cow Play Cow Moo benefits from proximity to dining options, allowing families to combine meals with entertainment in a single fifth-floor visit. This convenience factor makes the arcade particularly popular for weekend family outings or rainy-day entertainment when outdoor activities aren't feasible. The 313@Somerset location represents the tenth Cow Play Cow Moo outlet in Singapore, complementing the flagship store at Suntec City.
The arcade's Orchard Road location attracts both local families and tourists exploring Singapore's shopping districts. Instagram updates @cowplaycowmoo showcase new games and prizes, while the website cpcm.com.sg provides location and operational information for the growing chain of entertainment venues across Singapore.

The one and only cashier on break at peak hour. No one could change our cards (new system) for us. Says to wait for an hr.
(On a seperate day) They won't allow to authorise someone else to do the change of card. When it states here a photo ID of the person is required. When I showed the person at suntec, they said "spouse are two seperate person. You cannot show me his ID"
Thankfully, the part timer was very helpful and tried to ask the other staff for help
The cashier was serving us half way (asking us questions/sorting our card out) and she suddenly went on to serve another customer. She said "no choice, lucky draw is priority"

Thanks to Nicholas, claw machine staff or good service and patience in assisting with the claw machine.
Thanks Ms SG, counter cashier for good explanation as I'm a "high roller", she ensure that I have understood which top up and promotion , lucky draw, points redemption etc. really appreciate the assistance from them.
However, I would like to point out is that the claw machine is really hard to get it. I don't feel like there's any "guaranteed claw chance" 保夹, I've spent almost $100 on a single blinbox claw machine and it's to no avail. None of the box I can manage to claw it... Management should look into this.
While I enjoy the thrills and dopamine flows like roller coaster 🎢 but many claw machines really feel like a scam for money.
I have played in other arcade brands like the one in hougang mall, if the customer cannot get a single plushie/ blindbox, just inform the staff and they will ask which one is your favourite, but it's limited choice, can get a complimentary one to ensure there is no disappoinment among the customers.
Next time, I'll just buy the real blindbox like Labubu , Crybaby at Popmart instead in future...

Today, on 18 December 2025, I visited CPCM at Somerset, where a lucky draw event for Gold members and above was being held. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The operator, Fiona (approximately in her 50s), appeared visibly frustrated when I requested to participate in the lucky draw. She showed clear reluctance to assist and expressed her irritation through audible sighs and unfriendly facial expressions while entering my IC and card number into the system.
If staff are unwilling to assist customers during promotional events, then management should reconsider organizing such activities. Based on repeated experiences, many CPCM outlets seem to employ staff with poor attitudes and unprofessional conduct, which reflects badly on the company.
Once I finish using my remaining tokens and tickets, I will no longer support this establishment. I would also strongly advise others not to visit, as such negative encounters can easily ruin one’s day.

Used to be my favorite arcade years ago but disappointed to find out that they’ve now gated many machines to members only by gluing the coin slots up.
Some of the machines also had issues where you put in a token and it doesn’t register, yet you can’t eject the token you’ve just put in.
The ultimate disappointment was finding out that you’d need to have a membership to count the tickets at the automated ticket counting machines. Should’ve been made clear at the token machines imo or just completely remove the non-member token option

Horrible!! Worst arcade ever and super noisy! There are many types of coins, medals, card to buy with no explanation. Ended up buying coins but cannot use at 80% of games, should have just used all card to avoid people confusion and waste of money!! At the end spend money for nothing

Big thanks to Afiq and Myo for their help! I completely lost track of time while playing, and by the time the arcade was about to close, I still had a lot of tokens left in the machine. I rushed to use them all before closing, but still had to wait for the tickets and card draws, which took quite a while. During that time, the card-drawing machine kept freezing up (probably because I hit the card chance too many times), and Afiq and Myo patiently helped me restart it multiple times to make sure I got all my rewards. I’m really sorry they had to stay past their shift, and I truly appreciate their kindness and assistance. CPCM at 313 is by far my favorite arcade to visit!

The arcade is good. Lots of good games and the prizes are really good. But really need to make the experience worthwhile for all the guests. Because this is a place made for children and people to have fun go. Good luck and more power.
