LE Ball Park and New Era offers sports caps and streetwear accessories focusing on New Era's iconic cap designs and official licensed merchandise from sports leagues, teams, and entertainment properties. New Era, founded 1920, became synonymous with fitted baseball caps particularly the 59FIFTY style appearing on MLB players' heads for decades. Product range spans authentic on-field caps worn by professional athletes, fashion-oriented interpretations in lifestyle colors and materials, snapback adjustable caps offering universal fit, trucker mesh caps for casual wear, and collaborations with designers, artists, and brands creating limited editions.
Official licensing ensures authentic team logos and colors rather than counterfeit knock-offs. Beyond baseball, New Era produces NBA, NFL, NHL, and entertainment property caps expanding beyond sports purists. Cap culture represents significant fashion movement where headwear signals team allegiance, style affinity, and collector passion—enthusiasts own dozens of caps matching outfits or commemorating teams/events. Proper sizing and fit guidance helps customers select appropriate styles. The store attracts sports fans, streetwear enthusiasts, and cap collectors seeking official merchandise and latest releases.
The attitude of the Chinese male service staff in their home was very bad. I went to buy the shoes because I suspected that their shoes were a little unglued.even told him that I would ask my friend if I wanted to buy them. When I went to look at other shoes, he sold them to another customer

Went there yesterday in the afternoon. Make staff with the golden hair with a small stocky stature was really rude when we wanted to move to the other section to view the caps. Gave us that “what’re you doing here” vibes and even had the audacity to stare us down walking in. Clearly not suited for working in a retail environment, better off being a cleaner or security guard so he doesn’t have to deal with any customer interaction. Definitely will not come again and would not recommend anyone going.

Today I visited store at 313 Somerset and one of the Malay Lady staff was very unfriendly. Her name is Natassha. She looks very impatient and not polite

We went to both the shops at Wisma Atria and 313 Somerset. To my surprise both shops had the worst staff working there. Very unhelpful, uninterested and poor attitude! When asked for information about the various shoes, they simply say: "it's all there, have a look yourself". When asked what's the difference: "one is lifestyle other is training use". We were expecting more features information but they dont seem to care at all. A smile would not go astray. We are your customers and did nothing wrong and certainly dont deserve such appalling service. I will be surprise if you are still in business for long with such service attitude!

Worst customer service ever. Apparently alot of customer complain about the Malay lady but she is still working there.

Received a warm welcome from sales associate, Syazrin. Very pleasant experience as he helped me pick the correct size. Thank you. I enjoyed my purchase and my shopping experience too!

Copped one of my desired kicks in Ballpark yesterday. I assume they are under LimitedEdt too? Anyways, the lady on the counter was very polite and allowed me to try on my pair. I was surprised because back in Indonesia, you're never allowed to try on Jordans that easily at the store 🙃 the staffs were very helpful and friendly. They had decent collection and guess what...way cheaper than Indonesia's! I do not know why this store is bombarded with negative reviews. Will definitely come back in the future to secure more kicks from this label 🔥✌

Was assisted by Tino at New Era 313 Somerset. A solid lad! Explained to me about how the sizing works, how the material sits on some people, etc etc. Look for Tino if you wish to have a good time while shopping!
